This is to share my creations and discover yours.

Those sounds we put together and call ''music'' mean everything to me.
Regardless of the style, genre, or cultural ethnicity, 
All these kinds of sounds have always occupied a huge part of my time, attention and listening.

''Music'' has followed me and been a companion in the happiest and through some of the absolute worst moments of my life.

I have been taught in a way, by every composer, conductor and otherwise musicians, bands and performers I have admired and spent so much time listening to over the years. 

My biggest influence is Karl Heinz Stockhausen, for his textures and sonorities the experimental concept from which his creations and sounds came to life, for his approach to performing and the thoroughness of detailing and documenting his works.
 
I began creating and recording my own ambient-experimental soundscapes 10 years ago with the discovery of software synthesizers and Digital Audio workshops. 
Thanks to Soundcloud, I can now share worldwide what I do and take a plunge into this vast network of ''music''. 

I use mostly orchestral instruments, but also a vast combination of ethnic and modern instruments, including synthesizers.

I use all kinds of sacred chants, ethnic voices, choirs. 
I routinely route instruments to sound processing, where the effect is an instrument.
I often use various sound sources.

I am not big at reposting tracks, I find it a bit confusing, but necessary.

The SPR3 was formed by two University of Utah students back in 2003. They met in a creative writing class. Had shared interests (Adbusters, Negativland, Strangers With Candy, etc) and soon started publishing a zine. Forming a band was the obvious next step. The SPR3 first distributed their music to the public in a CD that was included in the 12th issue of their zine. The zine was known as "Chiaroscuro" and the CD was known as "The CD of the Absurd." The 39th and last issue of the zine was published in 2013, but they never stopped making music. They launched their official website and released their first cassette tape ("Rhythm & Booze") in 2021.

Felipe De Vicente is a visionary of experimental electronic music, blending technology, emotion, and a wide range of styles. His sound spans genres such as house, techno, downtempo, ambient, IDM, minimal, drum and bass, drone music, etc, mainly exploring the combination of sound textures, creating immersive and dynamic soundscapes.

Felipe’s compositions explore atmospheric sounds, drones, and effects that create depth and movement. He uses synthesizers and sound manipulation to evoke introspection and energy, balancing the experimental with the accessible.

By blending fragmented rhythms with dance grooves, Felipe creates an engaging sonic experience. His beats may be asymmetric and glitchy or pulsating and hypnotic, smoothly transitioning between the abstract and the functional.

Felipe embraces silence and space, using them as active elements in his compositions, creating moments of tension and release that enhance the listening experience. This balance reflects his visual art’s aesthetic sensibility.

As a visual artist too, music and image are inseparable for Felipe. His tones translate the colors and shapes of his visual works, capturing their sonic essence. This unique connection makes each track a multimedia experience, linking the listener to a profound sensory narrative.

Influenced by electronic pioneers like Ryuichi Sakamoto, Kraftwerk, Autechre and   Alva Noto, Felipe combines tradition with innovation, inviting audiences to explore a universe where sound and image coexist in vibrant harmony.
