the songs with "60 minute challenge" titles are a little dare I do for myself: write and record a song (on my phone) in an hour. that's not a lot of time, so the lyrics are usually repetitive and I only get about two takes. but sometimes there are good ideas thrown in there.

this is meant to be cathartic so pardon my bad voice!
