~SAVAGE SESSIONS 4th ANNIVERSARY~

MTRL (Material) is an art project by Audio Engineer and Sound designer Lukas Weinlein, who has always been fascinated with soundscapes to which he could relate to emotionally.

Playing various instruments for years, he started experimenting with different sounds at a young age, tapping into many different styles of music.
This insightful journey shaped his current understanding of music and ultimately led him to the endless possibilities of hypnotic electronic music, inspired by the infinite cosmos and organic voices of nature. Having bonded with a multitude of great artists helped to refine his style and created a sphere of inspiration around him. His deep, experimental - and sometimes dark sounds- resonate with the audience and invites them on a trip to remember.

The name for this specific art project was chosen because the definition of the word material, the matter from which a thing is or can be made, fits the purpose of the project very good. So the aim of MTRL is to create an audiovisual experience from existing or non-existing matter for open-minded brains.

As Summer starts to fade we're happy to have Aurelius Scott back for this month, one of the OG artists of the Tech Support collective from our Austin days. He's been keeping busy running his ambient/deep/dub techno mix series, Anodynic Frequencies, and this mix is definitely in line with that particular creative niche. "Breakbeat always transports me to a gritty warehouse on the outskirts of an industrial city. The air crackles with the energy of flickering lights, evoking a futuristic, science fiction-esque atmosphere. Within this surreal backdrop, I can almost envision robotic entities swaying to the rhythm, blurring the boundaries between artificial intelligence and human expression. It's a captivating fusion of the disorienting, almost hallucinatory, and the undeniably enthralling, leaving me immersed in an otherworldly, yet exhilarating sonic tapestry."

Eafhm (@eafhmlive) is a multidisciplinary project created recently by the evolution of different artistic and exploratory stages. This project has developed different facets, including a career as an interpreter and audio producer when experimenting with a wide variety of musical sequences. It seeks the integration of oscillating interpersonal ideas among the variety of solid conceptions. This project also defines the transformation of the artist that has developed under different aliases for many years. Each interpretation is made to create an atmosphere based on sound art, generative art and Techno in its different variations. Eafhm is the founder of the beautiful label Secuencias Temporales (@secuencias_temporales).

Started DJing in 2008, based in Tokyo and playing in various places nationwide.
Moved to England in 2018, he went to famous clubs and local parties every weekend in London, and experienced the real music and culture of Romania and other parts of Europe on the floor before returning home.
In 2023, he will join “Bohemian Grove”  and hold an event inviting Gescu. Herodot from Sunrise and others.
The selection of music that suits the time and occasion is based on Minimal.
It has also received praise from discerning overseas DJs and clubbers.
