I am primarily an improvisational based blues and rock guitar player with influences in the jam band world like moe, umphreys mcgee, and soulive, as well as the progressive rock world such as porcupine tree, flower kings, spock's beard, yes, and king crimson. Although a computer software engineer by trade, I have been playing and recording music since high school (over 35 years.. let's leave it at that ;-)  My primary instrument is the bass guitar, but I also play guitar, mountain dulcimer, and sing a little here and there. 

I am currently in the band, Audacious Monk.  We are newly formed this year and are still auditioning for a female lead singer.  We hope to be gigging after the holidays.  This page is designed for my original work, but I may occasionally repost Audacious Monk work here to strengthen my association with the band.
