'Techno veteran Petar Dundov makes his debut on Hicky & Kalo's label Plaisirs Sonores Records with his new track 'Neopar', a beautiful deep progressive track filled with atmospheric bells and cosmic pads.

On remix duty, also making his debut on the label, is the renowned Cid Inc. The respected Finnish producer utilizes the melodic touch of the bells from the original track and raises the tempo, creating a peak-time progressive cut.

To close out the package, the label bosses themselves lift the energy on their remix with a blend of dynamic drums and a bouncy bass-line.

Hicky & Kalo say: 'It's such an honor to welcome Petar & Cid Inc on our label. They are two of our biggest inspirations since the beginning of our careers. Born in Zagreb in the early '70s, Petar Dundov's career in dance music stretches back the best part of 20 years, but it's only in the new millennium that he's been using his own name for his productions. Over the years he's graced many of the world's most prestigious and best-loved techno institutions - including mega-festivals I Love Techno, EXIT, Awakenings and Wire, and cutting-edge clubs like Berghain, Matter (RIP), Womb, Air, Fuse and Space. He counts a long list of heavy labels on his back catalogue like Cocoon, Systematic, SCI+TEC, Music Man, MOOD and Last Night On Earth, to name just a few.

Petar Dundov makes intelligent electronic music that breaks boundaries, moves feet and twists minds. He is without a doubt one of the most inspiring, original and daring producers in electronica, and with the likes of Sven Väth, Laurent Garnier, Dubfire, Nicole Moudaber, Adam Beyer, Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, and Danny Tenaglia amongst his fans, it would be hard to disagree.'

Partial Press Release: The 41st release on microCastle welcomes Khen to the label for his debut EP. The young Israeli artist has been touted as one of his country's foremost electronic music talents. Undoubtedly a future global star, the long-time favourite of Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J and Guy Mantzur has risen to his greatest heights in 2015, with a recent release on Lost & Found Records, preceded by similarly excellent material for Sudbeat Music and Parquet Recordings. Now closing the year out on a high note, Khen makes his long awaited debut on microCastle with the 'Pollen Spreader' EP, alongside a remix from the always excellent Luca Bacchetti.

The EP's lead piece 'Sunflakes' has been the subject of much mystery since the summer season. Following several airings by Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J and Guy Mantzur, the collective underground continued to wonder who crafted this poignant creation. The rugged energy and timeless emotive qualities may have been a dead giveaway for some of Khen's most diehard fans, but now the magic of 'Sunflakes' is finally unveiled to the world. Following a trip to Malta for a weekend and gig with Guy J the composition came together quickly and has been sending dance floors into a frenzy ever since. As Khen describes "When I was asked by microCastle for a main melody track it took me a couple of months to start working on it, not only because I didn’t have time but because I was almost afraid to start a new session with the possibility of no success, and one day it just happened in a special summer mood with the inspiration after my first Lost and Found night in Malta. This is what I call funky, melodic and progressive minded, full of emotions."

The techno inspired 'Emergency Routine' follows with its big chunky, beats and shimmering overlays, which are just enough to heighten your emotions and initiate a break full of hope and tranquility. In Khen's own words: "I was searching for live instruments, strings, drums and bass guitar together with analogue synths to make a spacious but dramatic atmosphere, and the name reminds me of the difficult days of the security situation in my country."

The boss is back home! And as you'd expect from Hernan, its jam packed full of goodness. This collection of gems are all new versions of tracks that were used and made for Hernan's Balance CD, all freshly updated for you lovely Sudbeat fans.

So lets get to it, and we kick of with James Teej superb rework of 'Into The Edge' from Hernan & Soundexile. James has recently been in the studio with Timo Mass to remix Paul McCartney. We'll let that sink in a minute while you realise how big a deal that is...! James remix has Big bass, emotive chords and tinkling melodies that combine beautifully here creating rather large rework of epic proportions, with a tad of melancholy thrown in for good measure.

Rising start Khen takes controls next, and with his recent works on Plattenbank, microCastle and Lost & Found, its no wonder this likeable chap is causing a bit of a fuss. This intense melodic gem subtly grabs your attention along its mesmerising voyage before its devastatingly cool key changes raise the temperature even hotter on this damn fine remix.

Hernan Cattaneo & Soundexile - Lunar (Simon Vuarambon Interpretation) is our next port of call. Simon is a Sudbeat favourite and makes a welcome return working his magic on Lunar. This rework is a sophisticated del journey that undulates and teases, with alight eastern vibe, this musical workout is a lesson in restraint in the studio.

And another Sudbeat favourite, Mike Griego remixes Hernan Cattaneo & Guy Mantzur - Imaginarium, and takes this in to a hypnotic territory, that locks you in to its magical spell, encapsulating your mind, while its tension builds and the track develops beautifully. A solid dance floor workout rounds of this package superbly.

Israeli rising star Khen returns to Sudbeat, after his recent appearances on microCastle, Lost & Found and Plattenbank. This young promise is causing a fuss with his devastating productions, and delivers two gems here for your listening pleasure.

'Never Lose Your Innocence' is full of groove with its sultry bassline paving the way, shrouded in warm pads, cool percussion and nice fx that gel wonderfully as this builds and the arpeggiator develops before unexpectedly changes key, delivering added warmth and lifts the track again. This accomplished gem oozes quality and it’s a real winner.

'Bustan' picks up the energy levels as this dreamlike powerhouse goes hell for leather! The bassline frantically paves the way, while its lushness wraps around your mind, delivering a fantastical effect. Solid stuff!

Rounding things off nicely is Marcelo Paladini - Lucille's Blood. This dreamy affair flows lusciously as pads and soften keys breezes along graciously, yet wistfully.

One of Dancing Astronaut’s artists to watch in 2017 and the man behind one of the most impressive debuts of 2016, Beatport #1 album ‘One Day of Independence’ on Guy J’s Lost & Found, returns to home ground. This time in the shape of 5 incredible remixes by some of electronic music’s most intriguing and brightest stars.

Lehar, Luca Bachetti, Patrice Baumel, Termoment and Lost & Found head honcho Guy J have each reinterpreted their favourite off Khen’s future classic debut.

‘Imaginal Cells’ has been repurposed by the label boss himself into a beautiful slice of melodic goodness. With trippy FX details and a serene breakdown, its yet another Guy J classic rework. 

Diynamic's Lehar offers his take on the Khen and Guy J collabo ‘Prism’, turning down the intensity of the original with a sophisticated touch, he leads the track to deeper waters with an infectious melody that marries the familiar underlying key elements of the original in perfect symbiosis.

The sonic voyage continues with Luca Bachetti’s groovish take on ‘Authentica’. Adding to the recognisable lead melody, he gives the track an almost cinematic and atmospheric treatment that leaves you longing for more.

Patrice Baumel, fresh from the success of his recent remix of Cubicolor, tackles ‘Land of Goshen’. Taking the track in a more driving and pumping direction with a nod to 90s classic Trance, this track will cause a stir in sets from dusk to dawn.

Closing the collection on a trippy vibe with hints of old school Acid and an uncanny detailed soundscape that will leave you in awe, is Termoment’s take on ‘One Day of Independence’. A beautiful and fitting finalé to this weighty package of reworks.

Darin Epsilon's 56th release on Perspectives Digital features Colombian stars Kamilo Sanclemente & Golan Zocher, who have found their distinctive brand of Progressive and Tech House in much demand.  Together, they've been responsible for a trio of critically acclaimed remixes on Clubsonica, Soundteller, and Particles.

With over 200 production credits to his name for the likes of Einmusika and Manual Music, Kamilo Sanclemente's tracks "Galathea" and "Arisen" in 2015 for Perspectives saw his stock rise further still.  An appearance on 2017's "MMW & WMC Sampler" with "The White City" was another notable highlight and went on to become the label's #1 selling track of the year.  Similarly, Golan Zocher is another artist with a rising reputation.  Enjoying a successful and productive 2017, his career is on an upwards trajectory with solo releases on Balkan Connection, Forward Music, and Asymmetric Recordings.

"El Sol" immediately grabs the attention with clicking groove and South American percussion before a haunting and loquacious female vocal paints a vivid aural picture in the early stages.  Developing in delightful fashion, a meandering lead line coruscates across the midrange while a counterpoint arpeggio delivers depth.  A stripped-back breakdown provides a moment of gravitas before rhythm and melody combine once more to dramatic effect.  "La Luna" revels in the South American percussive credentials of its predecessor with a subterranean bass groove adding low-end texture.  Evolving effortlessly, a teasing arpeggio creates a layer of aural intrigue as white noise washes and stereo-panned effects give a strong nocturnal impression. A subtle and ethereal vocal adds to the mix in a work of craft and skill.

Dutch maestro, Roger Martinez, needs little introduction to the underground cognoscenti.  Always at the cutting edge in his unique production sound, his DJ sets across his home country and far beyond its borders have been a masterclass in sonic architecture.  Whether playing to packed clubs, designing sound installations, or generating sonic wizardry from his Amsterdam studio, Martinez is fully immersed in the creative arts.  Roger has been a lynchpin of the underground dance movement with his pioneering work on labels such as Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat and Guy J's Lost & Found.  A regular on Perspectives Digital since 2014, Roger's remix of "El Sol" takes the percussive character of the original and transforms it into a lilting odyssey that pays tribute Sanclemente & Zocher's original while transforming it into a multi-faceted masterpiece.  Echoes of Vangelis ripple across proceedings through a deliciously haunting lead line while the simmering vocal further anchors Martinez's remix.  Erupting in the final stages, a glorious amalgamation of cascading melodies and strong beat create a work of genuine skill and musical creativity.
