Djup is a UK based Deep House DJ collective, based in Somerset, UK.

With a combined vinyl collection spanning all the way back from the classic Strictly Rhythm era, through to the era-defining Defected Records back catalogue, right through to the current-day deep house scene, Djup have a sixth-sense for the highest quality house music.

With over 30 years combined DJing experience, these guys were there before the internet, during the record shop era, and are still, now, continually digging for those killer cuts that make the night one to remember…

In addition to the DJing, Rob also produces under his own name, has had an album of  house music released, and his track Wash Away features on the Plastic City compilation Deep Train 5.




Oscar P was raised in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and Manhattan’s Washington Heights. His roots in the city run deep. Fusing Afro-Latino and deep house influences from NYC, Chicago and Detroit, Oscar has created a unique sound that defines his style today.

Oscar P operates two of the most respected underground house labels, Kolour Recordings and Open Bar Music. As a producer, he’s appeared on labels like Strictly Rhythm, Tool Room, Ultra & Sony Music and his resume includes remixes for Mark Farina, KiNK, Soul Minority, Jamiroquai, Adele, Omar, Todd Terry & Physics.

With 30+ releases cracking the top ten in the last three years, a who's who of music industry pioneers have supported his productions. In 2012 Oscar was named the #8 best selling house music artist of the year on Traxsource. In 2014 he sat on the Best Selling Deep Afro House Artists list at #23 alongside Black Coffee, Osunlade, and Atjazz. 2015 he landed at #13. In 2016 he parked himself at #16 alongside Hyenah, Manoo, Jose Marquez and Boddhi Satva. His album collaboration with Norty Cotto titled “Just Listen” was also named #15 among the top selling albums of the year. 

Recently relocated from New York to San Diego, California, Oscar is tackling the West Coast with fresh perspective. He is currently co-organizing West Coast Weekender, a music conference that will celebrate dance music and provide a new boost for the San Diego music scene.

Big moves like this demonstrate that, despite all his successes, Oscar P still finds time to return to the roots of a lifelong obsession with — music.

Inspired by the house, progressive, techno events from his youth, he started Groove Delicious alongside with his friend in 2010. They organized electronic music events all over Latvia for open-minded and positive people in order to develop better underground music scene. In following years, he started to produce music, gain more experience in the music production field.
J.Breeze’s first release „Obsession” came in 2013 on German music label „Fuchsbau Platten”, later followed by some free track releases and releases on labels such as "Meska Music" in Lithuania and a collaboration track on "Black Bouwie Records" in Spain, together with his friend Will Sonic.
He has played in nightclubs and festivals in Latvia, Belarus, Lithuania, and Spain.
J.Breeze’s musical style involves a groovy house and deep house music.

Hey, Gareth here, I'm a graphic designer who start designing for clubs, parties, and labels in the late 90s. Back then, mix CDs were the holy grail of both design and music. I loved them.

But I wasn't the only one, mix cds were the soundtracks of our nights, our days, our afterparties and lives, for everyone. Yet in today's internet age, the art form has been lost (or just changed) to 2-3 hour online mixes and streaming videos, which just don't create the same magic your CD collection did. Just 60 minutes of music and incredible artwork.

The Classic Mix CD Series celebrates these discs, their soundtrack, their box art and your memories. We hope you enjoy it.
