The latest instalment in our Soundcloud series is a super fun mix from Eora based DJ, FineDining. She has recently come off the back of supporting Alpha Tracks for his Australian debut tour, a show of her growing reputation locally.

Through work in the journalism field. Fine Dining had been exposed to the faster and harder styles of electronic music. These experiences in Denmark and Albania had the most significant impact on her, becoming dominant sources of musical inspiration and taste. 

Since moving back to Australia, she has began working with FBI radio and continuing as a presenter. She has been standing in as host on Citrus and engaging as part of the Dance Class rotation. These opportunities have been valuable, enabling her to delve into more stripped backed sounds and experiment with new depths.

Pauli is a young DJ from Hanover and part of pavement gum. She combines elements of breaks, bass, tech and trance. Besides that, her sets are always filled with a lot of trash and fun.

Sexybouncybassy - bad:belle takes you on a journey from UK Garage, Jersey Club, all the way to Ghetto-Tech, immersing you in a world filled with bouncy and rhythmic sounds. Her style is playful, refined with a generous dose of bass and a touch of edits. For her, music is always about empowerment, expressing emotions, and conveying a political message. Influenced by the Ballroom culture and vocals, they curate vibrant sets. Following the mantra "all killers - no fillers," the dance floor heats up until the crowd loses themselves amidst beads of sweat and endorphins!

Beyond breaks, she also goes by her second alias 'ANKA' and is a part of the Italo Fundamentalo crew. As ANKA, she delves into Disco and House and organizes a queer FLINTA (women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans, and queer) party called "Disco Sprizz".

Mariyam is a DJ who recently moved to Hamburg. She made her debut as yamyam in the beginning of 2022. In the same year, she became part of the freshly founded, Hannover-based electronic music collective @pavement-gum and has been exploring the spectrum of electronic music, regularly reinventing her dynamic drive. Her sound moves between spherical patterns, stringent 4-to-the-floor motifs and baile-esque breaks. 

Proper Charts is a weekly format bringing you a diverse line up of artists and DJs showcasing their personal current top 5 tracks. Releasing every Sunday this format acts as a counterpart to todays commercially pushed music charts, instead focusing on underground club music and independent producers.

Prewozny is a multi-genre DJ from Düsseldorf, based in Hamburg and Berlin. Her musical journey is a fusion of youth culture influences, combining her early love of urban dance styles like hip hop and house with various electronic influences like breakbeat, techno, jersey club and other bass genres. Her sets are all about having fun on the dancefloor, combining vocal-driven soundscapes with bouncy drum workouts. Prewozny has also started producing and recently released her first track, which can be heard in her mix.
