@Sanoimusik kicks off the new year with the release of the single ‘Flickering Lights’ accompanied by a remix from Berlin-based producer @FabianKrooss who’s been making waves on dancefloors across Europe and beyond. Krooss brings his lush and springy signature sound to the remix, with a nod to the organic and minimal house genres in one.

As Dj sets up his turntables in the dimly lit temple, he notices a figure emerging from the shadows. It's a monk, dressed in flowing robes and holding a mysterious object in his hand. Dj greets him warmly, and the monk responds with a smile, saying that he has come to request something special from the DJ.

The monk explains that he needs Dj's help to create a magical, spiritual experience for the temple's visitors. He wants Dj to use his music to transport the listeners to a higher plane of consciousness, where they can connect with the divine.

Dj is intrigued, and asks the monk to explain more about what he has in mind. The monk pulls out the object he was holding – it's a small, intricately carved wooden box. He explains that it contains a powerful spiritual energy, and that by opening it at the right moment during Dj's set, they can amplify the magic of the music.

Excited by the challenge, Dj begins to prepare his set. He chooses tracks that are uplifting, ethereal, and filled with otherworldly sounds. He mixes them together with precision, gradually building the tempo and intensity until the room is filled with a pulsing, spiritual energy.

As Dj plays, the monk watches intently, holding the wooden box close to his chest. Finally, at the peak of the set, he nods to Dj and opens the box. A burst of light and energy explodes from within, filling the room with a sense of wonder and awe.

For the next hour, Dj continues to play, the music flowing through him like a spiritual force. The visitors to the temple dance and sway, their eyes closed, lost in the magic of the moment. And when the set comes to an end, the room is filled with a sense of peace and contentment, as though everyone has just experienced something truly special and transformative.

What a Set! I was chosen to play on second floor and the floor was empty, so I thought I play some mellow stuff for the people relaxing in the shadow and maybe a beat here and there for a lost dancer to shake his legs.
As soon as I started to drop a beat, dancers came running out of nowhere and I picked up the pace...
In the end the floor was full and everybody happy!
