This week we welcome back Astro Pleasure, an aspiring astronaut from Melbourne’s south east and is currently recruiting crew members to join him on an expedition to space.

AP, the alias of Brodie Hayward is a long time friend of the Proxima community and has had the “pleasure” of being a part of their success so far.

 He draws inspiration from all walks of life and many diverse oddities of music.   AP has explored many different genres and has a versatile musical background under his belt but mainly produces prog and techno. Which offers a truly pleasurable listening experience to those who are lovers of dance music.

Equipped with a whole bunch of world class unreleased tunes as well as an inventory of tastefully picked tunes to suit his uniquely raw blend of melodic yet driving progressive techno, AP will be sure to make you feel something throughout a set.
 
Although talented, Brodie is constantly improving. We don't think it will be much longer until we see him slamming a dusty dance floor at your favourite bush doof and for us at Proxima, we can't wait.

Julio Cesar Possan Jr, aka DJ/Producer Kb7, a resident of Cutitiba, began his career in music as a child, influenced by his family; music was already part of his daily life. He began his DJ career in 2007, and in less than a year he was already part of most of the line-ups of the most important open air and indoor parties in the city, seeking great charisma from the city's audience. Responsible for the DJ group NEW SCHOOL OF MUSIC, where he sought partnerships and promoted several electronic music events in the region, giving opportunities to new DJs looking for space in the city's electronic scene, but always focused first on quality. His style ranges from Minimal to Tech House and Techno, with his own talent that can feel the dance floor and always in his performances his ability to keep it always full and excited. Currently, in addition to his DJ sets, he is focused on his productions, which in less than a year have already released 2 EPs sold on the best and most important electronic music sites in the world such as Beatport, junodonwload among others.

Seu estilo varia do Minimal com pegadas de Tech House e Techno, com um talento próprio que consegue sentir a pista e sempre em suas apresentações sua habilidade de mante-la sempre cheia e empolgada. Atualmente além de seus djs sets ele esta focado em suas produções, que com menos de um ano já lançou 2 eps vendidos nos melhores e importantes sites de musica eletrônica do mundo como Beatport, junodonwload entre outros.
