@techmilla is a young techno artist from Dresden, Germany. For some years she went to different techno clubs/ festivals and has been behind the decks herself for almost 2 years. Her love for techno has grown steadily as a result. When DJing, she likes to connect melodic, impulsive beats with deep basslines. In this set she tries to take the listeners into her world and to enchant them with the sounds of her melodies. A continuous driving beat should encourage you to dance, after all we are in an enchanted forest.

About the Compilation:
All About The Kick" is the title of the latest compilation, putting the 
focus on the rhythmic frequencies in the low Hz range. It's mainly fast, 
driving and forward. If there is a melody, then it is a harmonious 
accompaniment. All proceeds go to solidarity initiatives that work for 
refugees, women's* rights and LGBTQI people on the move.

Just as important as the musical composition, the songs are curated by 
Lisa tba and Thomas Liebkose is the balance of gender relations. In a 
techno scene still dominated by white cis-males, Kabelkiste tries to set 
a sign here, and also to offer a platform to newcomers. Thus, 7 artists 
gather on the now already 9th (10th?) compilation of Kabelkiste, who 
bring their kick to hammer with their tracks together against unjust 
conditions.

All songs are produced by: Nait Saves, MaRaven, Maura Lombardo, Lisa 
tba, Kabel Trace, Mila Chiral und Thomas Liebkose. Which we will 
introduce to you in further posts in the coming days. Stay tuned and 
share this post. Here's to getting a lot of donations together, and 
making a small contribution to support the work of care-workers and 
front-activists with music outside the mainstream.

//Woher nimmst du deine Inspiration?//
Ich bereite gerne ein Set oder einen Podcast vor, indem ich von einem Gefühl ausgehe. Dann schaue ich mir Soundcloud und Youtube an. Die Clubs in Leipzig oder Berlin sind großartige Quellen, um mich zu inspirieren.

//Was muss sich deiner Meinung nach an der Szene ändern?//
Auch wenn sich die Linien bewegen, fehlt es immer noch an Auftritten von FLINTA*, POC und Menschen mit Behinderungen.

Vacanza Radio 048 provided by Helmut

After a short break we are finally back with a new Vacanza Radio. Fahed, also known by the stage name Helmut, was born in Jordan and has been living in Germany since 2018, where he quickly established himself in the underground scene. The three-time beatbox champion from 2015, 2016 and 2017 has always loved listening to and collecting electronic dance music and started DJing about a year ago.

Helmut recently became part of the Happalé crew and also joined the Panic Market label. He has already played at Feel Festival and has been able to consolidate his knowledge of DJing and prove his skills in beatboxing at numerous shows in Dresden and the surrounding area. Musically, we can expect a good mix of different genres such as Minimal, House, Tech and Garage.

While it's getting cold outside, we warmly welcome Helmut to our newest radio. Enjoy the next 60 minutes of great selected tracks that might fit for a pleasant start into the weekend.
