-ESC- FAITH is a side projct of Stef from PSYCHO SOUND PRODUCTIONS (fb). Besides the numerous musical projects like PSYCHOGENERATION, POWERSTONE, 11 SEASONS & YOUR LIFE ON HOLD and being soundtechnician at Belgium's B52 MUSIC CLUB he still felt the need to express his own personal take on the alternative music scene which resulted in this project. The overall concept is to provocate media influnce mindcontrol against itself and to be 'in your face'. Soundwise maybe hard to put in a box but it maybe could be catagorised as 'Apocaliptic Elektro Metal'

New Breed first saw the light of day in early 1998, when Kristian Gundersen(vocals and guitar) and Hans Henrik Varland(synth and programming) joined forces to establish what was to become one of the greats among the goth’n’roll acts. Two EP’s were released this year, the second one entitled “Shadows” was produced by Tommy Olsson(Elusive, Theatre Of Tragedy…). A year of gigs, mayhem and minor scandals followed, and in 2000 they picked up a spot at “Sex.Goth.Electronics”, a collection of fine Norwegian underground music. This year also saw the arrival of Bjarte Langeland into the band, who started off as a bass player, but later picked up the guitar. A couple of years of song writing, rehearsals, the occasional gig, fights and the leaving of Hans Henrik followed, and in 2003 “Pleasure and pain” was released, an album which features the backing vocals of Harald Hovtun(Trains, Reflection). While hugely acclaimed by the critics, the album didn’t do as well as one should hope for, so after a few more years of touring, busts and controversy, the band decides to slow down a bit, and spend some time and energy elsewhere. Kristian joined Elusive, and Bjarte spent some time with garage rockers Midtskillewillie before joining The River Knows. Still, there was always a connection, songs were made and rehearsals took place, so when Gothic Music Records entered the field and wanted to re-release “Pleasure and pain”, the spark was lit. The old New Breed inspiration is back, new line up-plans are being made and the band is ready to take on the world harder than ever in the future.

The ultimage goal in life should be to reach ones highest potential and when and if they do, light the path for others so they can reach theirs. I've been doing vocals and music since I was 12, primarily focussing on vocals and just doing music to write riffs and have other (and better) artists play them for me. I am a solo artist working with session artists to bring you songs in several styles and sometimes go live under the name of āter. āter will release it's third solo album this year. Meanwhile I'm working as a session vocalist and live stand in, I built my own vocal studio to do this so I can work with artists overseas and still send them pro studio results from where I work. I do work on location if the clients wants to but then the cost of transportation + my usual rate is the responsibility for the client. I sometimes do freebies when we work with each other in partnership, like people helping me write or improve my solo records often get free services from me in return. My passion has and always will be music in every form, be it black metal (my usual favorite) or the legendary Michael Jackson, if music is good, it is simply good. On this page you will find several finished and unfinished songs, some demo quality, some studio quality, most of them have been composed and played by myself with session members. You'll hear I'm a man of different styles, from neoclassic to old school black to symphonic dark metal to even acoustics... it's what I do and what I love. My solo albums will almost always be a mixture of symphonic black in the vain of emperor and my own specific twist to it, brutal, sharp, dark and melodic.

My gage is agreed upon per son, depending if you rely on my for the lyrics and vocal lines or if I just have to sing what you have allready prepared, if it's just one song or a complete album, just some backings.... Because of this experience I have also done a lot of voice acting for documentaries and movies and have given classes and seminars in "how to improve your stage presence" and "how to connect with your audience", based on my years long experience in gigging and touring.
