COZY Tribute for KATAYAMA Mix

This is the set I played at Amygdala 2 (Anneke's birthday) in between Colin OOOD and Alpine. I mixed the tracks back at home in the same way I played them there. From late '90s Goa Trance towards Schlabbaduerst style Forest and into modern Forest Trance. I tried to keep it going upward and climactic all the time and included some of the most bombastic brain massaging acidic tracks I know in it.

On Saturday 02/09/2023 I opened the Psytrance stage on Space Safari at 10 AM with this set after 4 hours of silence on that floor. Playing on this festival was a dream come true. At Psychedelic Adventure I got to play right before Dimension 5. Thanks again Tom for this lovely setup and opportunity. Pavane and Binary Bliss set the dancefloor on fire and I really hoped to maintain the momentum at such a delicate moment. The room was packed, the energy was undescribable. Here’s a powerful melodic set with mainly old and new Goa plus some oddities, catered for the middle of the night. :)

Here's a super emotional and melancholic Trance set. From retro club hits into Goa Trance. Mostly 90s tracks. I hope this'll be a nice trip for you.

I've been keeping a list of music like this since I was young. Over the course of a year I wrote down the nicest mixes I could come up with during my weekly mixing sessions. Most mixes are 2 minutes long. From 135 BPM --> 148 BPM. And I have a lot more ideas like this for future parties too. Do ask in advance if you want this style or my usual Goa/Forest style. ^.^

The scale is Each planet in Our solar System like 1 neptune year has a time period of 60190.0 Earth days so frequency = 1 / timeperiod = 1/(60190*365.256days*24Hrs*60mins*60 secs)
This frequency can be doubled and doubled again to get an audible frequency. Tempo = 156.370bpm which is the multi doubled frequency  of the great cycle of Jupiter Saturn = 835.5 Earth years when they conjunct in the same position relative to the galactic plane.

Being a Guitarist since a child, He was now developing a taste for synths and computers to make the sounds He was thinking about. Being very interested in science, astrophysics and Quantum physics reading books on the Healing power of Sound, He learned about harmonics and how they are whole numbers. This release is a collection of tracks over 4 years. Planetary Tempos and frequencies with atomic spectra sounds are embedded in this release as well as scales detuned to whole number frequencies like the fibonacci. Have a safe trip.

Hello, welcome to my Soundcloud!

I'm a Belgian DJ active in our Goa scene.  You can pick any set here as a template for what you want at your party. And I will adjust to the lineup. I'm a label DJ at Cronomi and Schlabbaduerst and can play older tracks by these artists and tracks that are in the pipeline for future releases. 

I usually play:
- Night time oldschool Goa, blended together with some obscure '97 - '04 Psytrance, Schlabbaduerst-style tracks and modern releases. And I like to play trippy melodic music in the morning too. :)
- Modern Forest Trance. Mossy storytellers (Sanaton / Yggdrasil style) or abstract & surgical tracks (Sonic Loom / Parvati style)

I also love to to play darkish, spiralling and seriously psychedelic Suomisaundi / Psy-Harmonics / experimental sets. And going from one genre to the other is what I love to do the most. :)
