Glory Podcast #113 - RM

Gladio Operations continues its expansion into the electro universe and, with this fourteenth release, lands in Viking lands, giving Danish producer Martin Stoffregen his debut on the label.
 This artist, who releases his work under the alias Krypton 81, is no stranger to the scene, having released on major labels such as Bass Agenda and Mars Frequency, among others.  On this EP, entitled “Quantum Entanglement”, we sense a breath of fresh air in its three original tracks, which are refined and elegant. With strong sequences and adorned with sublime textures, we encounter “Binary Encoding”, the track that opens the EP and shows us the way to “Particle Proximity” and “Quantum Computing”. These two Kraftwerk-flavoured tracks are imbued with captivating melodies and subtle vocals, transporting us to an infinite emotional state of continuous well-being.  This EP is reinforced with two heavyweight remixes. The first is by producer Univac, who returns to the label and gives us his particular vision of “Binary Encoding”, once again showcasing his unmistakable and classic industrial sound, dark and emotive. The second remix is by German producer Vertical67, who gives “Quantum Computing” more hypnotic tones than the original piece, turning it into a simultaneous work of mystery and suspense.

SGT is a Berlin-based Electro producer and DJ. 
Built from years as a selector and electronic music collector, his sound hits with the raw energy of punk and the machine-driven pulse of early Detroit electronic pioneers. 
No gloss, just stripped-down, functional tracks made for dark rooms and serious systems.

Drawing influences that range from Rap to Punk Rock, SGT channels the energy of artists who thrived on the edge: those who blurred boundaries with punk attitude and sonic innovation, like Drexciya and Cybotron. 

This intersection defines his own style - militant Electro, layered with analog textures, tight loops, and Acid-laced sequences, often straight 808 and 303 sounds, twisted into modern, dance floor focused pieces of music.

These days, SGT is locked into production. 
Transforming years of DJing into tracks made to move bodies and rattle sound systems, his music carries the imprint of Punk, tight looping structures and a raw approach to rhythm, wired together in his own brand of stripped-back, hard-hitting Electro.
