Jad Abousabe,  a DJ and producer whose sound bridges the gap between deep, organic house and the hypnotic energy of indie dance. Drawing from his Egyptian heritage and the dynamic club scenes of Miami and New York, Jad crafts immersive sets that blend rich melodies, driving basslines, and atmospheric grooves. His ability to fuse cultural influences with modern electronic beats has earned him performances at top venues, from intimate rooftop gatherings to high-energy dance floors.

Beyond the decks, Jad is dedicated to production, creating tracks that evoke emotion and movement. Whether performing in a packed club or under the open sky, his sets take listeners on a journey, balancing deep rhythms with uplifting energy. As he continues to evolve, Jad is focused on pushing boundaries, collaborating with like-minded artists, and bringing his distinct sound to audiences worldwide.

Kareem, a first-generation Egyptian-American, was born and raised in Elmhurst, Queens. Growing up, he fell in love with hip-hop, using freestyling and battle rapping as an escape from the pressures of religious and cultural assimilation. For Kareem, rapping offered a sense of freedom and acceptance that he couldn't find at home or in school. Writing became his way of processing life's anxieties and turning them into something constructive. 

Passionate about sharing his music, Kareem hopes that his lyrical expression will empower others on their spiritual journey. By day, he works as a full-time consultant to the federal government in Washington, DC, and is also the co-founder of a nonprofit called Crossing Party Lines. In a time when Americans are increasingly divided, his organization aims to build tolerance and foster community among people with differing beliefs.

Kareem is just beginning to share his music publicly. Although he hasn't released any songs yet, he recently launched an Instagram page, @TheJourney718, where he'll be posting his work.
