I was supposed to be recording a Podcast with a friend, this evening.

But I'm an arse so it didn't happen.

So here's a (VERY rough) demo of the theme tune.

Big World - Sugartown

Recorded some time between 1996 and 1998 at either Annan ex-Service Club or the St Andrews Club in Annan.

The band formed about 3 months before this gig, and this was our 4th or 5th gig. 

Recorded by taking the aux out from the mixing desk to a Yamaha MT120 4 track recorder - Aux 1 was already being used for Reverb and Aux 2 for monitors. So Aux 3 was used as a send for all drum mics AND the bass guitar (to a single mono channel), the recorder was inserted between the monitor send and the monitor amp, Aux 4 was used for the guitar signal and the keyboards came from the second DI channel of the keyboard amp.

The song was bounced down to stereo on a DCC about a week or two after the gig, and forgotten about until I was looking for something else today.

Copied this (and a few other tracks) to the laptop today and tried to rescue a pretty badly downgraded and distorted bounce down as best I could. The result is... listenable but not exactly pristine.
