Amira Hani bridges different musical worlds. She breathes new life into traditional sounds, painting with a brush and composing soundscapes from synthesizer tones, drum programming, and sounds.
Before founding AmiraZ-World, Amira & Tassos established the band 'Osiris Taurus' in 2002 with the Great Highland Bagpipe, vocals, various flutes, didgeridoo, percussions, bodhran, etc. We see our music as a global sound, incorporating elements from different cultures, centered around Celtic music. We also integrate modern elements of electronic rhythms, connecting the past and present. An exciting experiment."
