I find improvisation the absolute revelation of the "present". Unrepeatable, true. In that moment everything vibrates, emotion, souls and our bodies, thus becoming part of "Being". The approach to my compositions is always the result of an extemporaneous flow that takes on a more granite form only at the end of the session. The musicians who collaborate with me embrace this method, leaving carte blanche to their inner voice and my creativity.

I combine elements from electric and classical music in a cinematic way. One of my dreams is to have my music in a movie/video game!

What music means to me?

Besides being a source of joy (and a source of many other feelings), music for me is also a form a meditation and a tool for exploring myself and my own psyche. 

Sometimes I imagine myself as an explorer like  Magalhães, Marco Polo or Ibn Battuta, venturing in the unknown land of my psyche; music is the ship with which I sail through the sea of different emotions and thoughts. On  a music listening session I might jot down any new ideas that occupy my mind and use them in my writing or in my life later on. 

Or maybe I don't always jot down ideas - listening to music also brings me to present moment. And I love savoring that moment by just lying down eyes closed on my bed, often listening to music is close to a holy experience for me.

In the hard moments of my life, music has been a way of expressing my emotions when there have not been people around me or courage in me to talk through my feelings. Through music I can also express emotions in a way I could never with words. 

Through music I can keep myself in anchored to who I feel I really am - without music I fear I could lose this touch. Music can be a wordless world and as such, it's free from categories that words have attached to them.

Other than music, I study special education and writing, hang out and volunteer in the entrepreneurship, arts and hippie circles. I  read a lot, write a lot and watch many (documentary) films.
