This is a recording of a live session using the Elektron Digitakt as the only instrument.

The intention behind this composition was to learn to use the Digitakt and explore its musical potential by creating a 16-track techno session.

This project was inspired by the work of Yan Cook.

Digitakt Études | Track 13 - 16

Fresh off the release of his outstanding album ‘Berlin’ we welcome Felix K - a true purveyor of sophisticated, deep electronic music. His work explores the fringes of techno, jungle, dub, and ambient, building immersive sound worlds that defy easy categorization. Known for his meticulous approach to production and his ability to weave complex narratives through sound, Felix K has carved out a unique space for himself in the global underground scene.

For this marathon journey, Felix K delivers a masterclass in patience and precision, guiding listeners through a three-hour odyssey that is as introspective as it is rhythmically compelling. The mix is a testament to his expansive musical knowledge and his ability to connect seemingly disparate genres into a cohesive, flowing narrative.

In his own words: "The mix was recorded in my studio in Berlin. Beginning with slower Dub Techno, it slips into the early, minimalist 85/170 Drum-and-Bass era, showcasing plenty of those formative highlights before closing with authentic Amen Breaks combining with a sound design that actually anticipates the vibe of some of today’s darker techno productions."

Captured as the sun went down in the Hungarian forest on the Moon Stage this set was part of a Dorian label showcase at the gathering.

A day and night explorer of fresh, out-of-the-box electronic music, ever striving to bring new experiences to the local scene by seeking for complex and imagination-stirring dance music. 

Playing on the FOMO stage at the 2025 edition of Up To Date Festival, Glassz describes the mix as “the most fulfilling performance on every level captured,” serving as a testament to a relentless exploration of out-of-the-box electronics and moving beyond convention to create something truly unique.

MNMT Recordings : Glassz — Up To Date Festival 2025

Berlin-based DJ Jesse G is known for her energetic, genre-spanning sets that surprise and delight crowds, her sound is a playful, wide-ranging medley of deep, metallic, trippy, groovy, jacking, and percussive techno, with diverse rhythms and a UK bass influence.

Her distinctive sound is also informed by an encyclopedic understanding of electronic music and from honing her craft over her nearly six years as an integral member of the staff at the hallowed Berlin record store, Hard Wax. In addition to having held down residencies at RSO Berlin and Tresor, she has played venues such as Berghain, De School, Open Ground, and Blitz Club; and graced festivals including ADE Het Weekend and Nachtiville.

Jesse shared some words about the mix:
“I wanted this mix to sound playful, energetic and organic with a few surprises here and then. It was also important to me to include many artists who inspired me in the last months - be it musically or / and also on a personal level, so this mix is also like a summary of my Summer and the past months.”

"This set was recorded at dawn on a Sunday morning, closing out a long day of incredibly inspiring music. I hadn’t gone to bed yet and was so locked into the sound that by the time I started playing, I was already deep in a trance. I took over from Formant Value & Simone Bauer’s live set, picking up the momentum where they left off, then gradually brought the BPM down, leaning into psychedelic textures and trance-laced rhythms.

Those two hours flew by - we were all locked in. It’s a rare kind of magic to do what you love in a place like Refractor, where most artists stay for the whole weekend to immerse themselves in the community and support each other. Music has this way of creating deep connections, and you could feel that throughout the festival. We were part of something unique.

And the crowd... what can I say. Even after a full day of dancing, they stayed with me through the entire set, joining me on the sonic journey I was crafting to carry us into the morning."

Swiss-born, London-based artist TSUNIMAN has gracefully imprinted the London scene with their spellbinding selections from the underground, spanning raw trance, spacey techno, tribal rhythms, and progressive delights. TSUNIMAN's sound alchemy merges dark, hypnotic elements with ethereal vibrations, creating otherworldly soundscapes that captivate the senses. MNMT 484 : A Strange Wedding

When OK EG enters Varden it’s 8:30PM on Sunday. It’s been a slow and steady build during the day, much slower than the day before, people have been given time to rest properly from a late night on Saturday. This is the journey. The ebb and flow of the forest. It’s their job to get the crowd going for the last couple of interval sprints. They are well rested and ready.

OK EG’s expansive sound is deep and diverse. Their compositions display a range that shifts between delicate, textural soundscapes, and spiralling, mesmerizing, mind-trip techno.

They first went to Monument festival in 2024, taking a break from a residency at EMS in Stockholm to spend a weekend in the forest. They brought a field recorder with them and spent time on the riverbank recording the sound of stones and water.

And listen to this level of dedication; while preparing for their live set in 2025, they used those recordings to write a closing track called Monument Stone. This is what they said about it. ”In the moment of performing it at the festival, we felt that everything came together. The crowd, the music and the site connected and it happened just as we’d imagined it.”

During their set day turns to dusk. We transition together, ready for the night - the sound, nature, forest and lights. Hand in hand.

His exploration of electronic started in 2020 as an immersive journey, is meant to craft dynamic sonic landscapes that dissolve the lines between shape and sound.
