Even when you know that a relationship is over and you truly believe that the best thing to do is to move on, there still comes a period (at least in my own experience) where you feel almost like you’re stuck in time. You want to keep going, and move on with your life, but at the same time, you’re really not sure if you can. And it’s this feeling – of being stuck in between two realities – that I wanted to capture in this song. - Sharlynn
