Sofa, kids, Alan Watts is a concept album about waking up from the version of your life you were taught to want.

From existential teenage philosophy, to invisible contracts, to the matrix of other people’s expectations… the album follows the collapse of every identity I tried to build, and the quiet strength that emerged underneath it.

It’s a journey through behaviourism, ambition, ego, money, mirrors, boundaries, and finally — the place Alan Watts was pointing to all along: the simple, ordinary miracle of being here.

Across glitch-folk, alt-electronica, whispered mantras and domestic clarity, this album charts the slow shift from “fixing myself” to “seeing what’s what.”

No masks.
No heroics.
Just the truth that survived the noise.

“Dust on My Shoes” is an Urban Rock Latino track infused with dark Americana tones. It tells the story of someone who leaves school to learn from real life - from streets, struggle, mistakes, and raw experience. The reggaeton-inspired groove and gritty guitars create a foot-driven pulse, while the storyteller vocal delivers a mix of rebellion, reflection, and hard-earned wisdom. It’s a song about choosing the open roads, finding truth in harsh places, and accepting that life itself can be the strongest teacher. But the walls felt tight in that broken school.
Chalk on the board, but no truth inside,
So I learned more walking than I ever did tied.

The streets taught heat, the nights taught cold,

So I dropped that desk for the open groove.

But they never walked out with dirt on their hands.

No diploma for the pain I passed through
But life stamps the truth deeper than a schoolroom.

Books had rules that life never keeps,
But the alleys wrote poems in shadows and beats.
Reggaeton pulse in a runaway heart,
Dark Americana in the places I start.

I learned numbers from hustlers counting their pay,
I learned faith from a preacher with nothing to say.
I learned love from a girl who danced in the rain
No classroom ever taught that kind of pain.

Liquid TOLLE is a meditative liquid drum & bass journey into presence — a gentle unfolding of attention, breath, and quiet awe. Each track is a doorway into the Now: the air on your fingers, the rhythm in your chest, the stillness behind your thoughts, the warmth of being held by the ground. Spoken in a warm, wise Irish voice and carried by rich, rolling cello like Irish hills, the album softens the body and brightens the moment, turning ordinary sensations into small miracles.

A mantra returns throughout — Enough for now. Now is enough.
