The Long Voyage Home - part of the reworked cinematic musical suite based on my original theatrical Cirque style show: Regalia - The Enchanted Forest, which was initially performed at the Bali Safari and Marine Park in 2011. The new ethnic infused World music score has been crafted around sophisticated and powerful hybrid orchestral compositions by my friends at Anthology Records.

These two video clips depict the opening scenes of the story as a prelude / backstory. It tells the tale of our heroes (two Final War survivors in a post-apocalyptic surrounding) on their strenuous and dangerous voyage to a magical place - Regalia - The Enchanted Forest.

When I was in college I got a job as a projectionist at a local movie theater. The films came in on reels and I had to take all those reels and splice them onto a huge spool, then feed them into the projectors. I remember that on Wednesday nights I had to de-splice the movies that were showing and put them back into the reels and send them along to the next theater...It usually took until about 2 or 3 in the morning. I totally remember showing 'The Shining' for a couple weeks and thinking I was seeing things in the dark on those Wednesday nights...alone...in that fucking place.

I usually wait a lot longer before posting tracks, but I decided to post this one on impulse today. This track is about the idea of summer. Although  I produced it a few weeks ago, and since yesterday was a gorgeous day, full of sunshine and birds singing, well, it made me feel hopeful, always does. I could already imagine myself relaxing or rather having fun on the beach with my love, both enjoying the calm soothing waves. I’m a romantic, can’t help it.
