This track is a tribute to genre which flourish in 90's, a love letter to bands like US3, Jazzmatazz, Incognito, Brand New Heavies, Groove Collective and of course Miles Davies and his marvellous "Doo-Bop".

I started working on this piece around July 2022. I've stuck on my inability to do any advanced jazz solos/improvisation and embellishments so this track ended up in my "musical drawer".
Luckily, after finishing my previous piece "Vital Signs", where I used sax VST, I shyly approached Jörg aka @joerxworx with a request to evaluate my saxophone scribbles and a proposal to finish my unrealized piece.
Jörg turned out to be a nice, understanding guy who willingly joined this project. At this point, I would like to thank him very much for this wonderful contribution to this piece, a lot of advice he gave me and a lot of patience for my slow work.

Proficient performer of piano, bass guitar, double bass, cello, 6 string , 12 string , drums, triangle (shall I include tambourine too?🤣), vocals, lyrics. 99% of the tracks on this page are original songs. None of my performances on any of my tracks, whether solo work, or collaboration, have any editing whatsoever. Effects and equalization? Of course! But no editing, no software, etc. Quite a substantial amount of these tracks are with The Eclectic Collective. We are like family and have been playing together on a daily basis since approximately March of 2022 as the Eclectic Collective. Before the band bore it's name Eclectic Collective; Josh, Ken, Stephen, Tez, and  CG Maness were doing some occasional collabs. At any given time we are all simultaneously working on about 15 different songs. And when we feel they are done cooking in the oven we release them.  We release a song every week on Fridays at 4AM UTC

I create electronica and chill music. I having been creating music and soundscapes since 2009 at amateur level. 

I use a variety of digital audio workstations and effects such as: Audacity, Xpand2!, REFX Nexus 2, FL Studio, Ableton 12, Korg, Wavestation, Vital, Synthmaster,  and Arturia, 

I find it exciting and challenging trying to find new and outlandish sounds. I use royalty free samples as well as synths and drum machines.

My influences and creative inspirations come from artists such as: Boards Of Canada, William Orbit, Brian Eno, Thomas Newman, Little Death Orchestra, Moby, Massive Attack, Eric Serra, Gabriel Yared, J.S. I make music for fun and to get away. I have multiple styles, although my biggest influence is in electronic music.

I am self taught and learned with Music Studio 2 on a first generation ipad 11 years ago. I have never composed before. Perform more than 80 songs a year for the first 6-7 years to learn about the program and develop creativity to compose. I have listened to different types of music throughout my life and maybe that has helped me.

I still compose only with an ipad (last generation), but I no longer work only with native MS2 instruments since I have expanded my instrument library with programs such as Audiokit, Digital D1, kv331, Sunrizer, etc ...

My music can be downloaded, but not used for commercial purposes (my authorization is required).
