Eugène Pottier, was a refugee from the Paris Commune, who wrote the poem 'The International' in June 1871 while in hiding in the aftermath of the massacre of the Communards. This song's lyric is adaptation of Charles H. Kerr translation from the original.

This song is pure energy. I wanted to capture that feeling when the night hits, the music hits, and you just can’t hold yourself back anymore. It’s fast, it’s electrifying, and it’s all about giving yourself over to the moment letting the rhythm take control.

Relax all the way’ is both a command and a promise. It’s about chasing excitement, chasing desire, and letting the chemistry between people take over. There’s this push and pull, the thrill of being unstoppable and irresistible, and I wanted the song to feel like that rush from start to finish.

Every verse, every chorus it’s meant to make you move, to make your heart race, and to make you remember that night long after the music stops. It’s wild, it’s fun, and it’s unapologetically bold.

Introduction in English:

People often tell me that when they are with a loved one who is about to die, they feel particularly close to them. 
Sometimes, in such moments, the history of their relationship flashes before their eyes. 
Some report reaching a deeper peace with the person in question shortly before their death. Often, the dying say things they have never been able to say in their lifetime. For example, a father who, shortly before his death, is able to tell his daughter for the first and only time that he has always loved her.
Many of those left behind tell me that they did not want to let the dying person go, but that they somehow realized that they had to let go of their loved one so that they could pass away as peacefully as possible; that they could not “die with them,” but had to continue living alone. 
And it is not uncommon for those who are approaching death to tell their accompanying relatives that they should continue to live well and in peace.
All of these stories inspired me to write the song “Mourir (Dying).” And as always, for such fundamental existential experiences, I choose the language that best expresses these radical moments of transition: French.

Beneath the Shell

Hank Rusch's new single, "Laid To Waste," tells the story of a man blissfully aware that he's just another conquest in a woman's lustful pursuit. Undeterred, he is drawn like a moth to a flame, finding himself unable to resist the pull of her vortex of passion. The song is rich with references to addiction, highlighting the compulsive nature of his desire. Hank’s growly vocals sound even grittier on this track, as if there's an extra cubic yard of gravel adding raw intensity to his voice.
