Radio Buttons 3, an eclectic sound bath by Jacob Meehan, is a follow up to his ambient mix made in Sept 2016 for Honey Soundsystem http://tinyurl.com/rr00dd , which he played live for his parents at sunrise, with 300 feet of extension cord snaked down to the pond behind their house,  before his big move from Chicago to Berlin. Pure Immanence ran with the theme of our March 2018 party, "Encounters with Genderless Aliens from Another Universe," as evidenced in this otherworldly live recording.  

The duo are residents at Brooklyn’s roving underground techno staple Unter, where they curate and perform ambient.  Their popular Wednesday-night residency at Bossa Nova Civic Club will celebrate its 2nd anniversary this July.  In August, Pure Immanence will be back in Berlin joining the Unter crew + Buttons & other queer Berlin party collectives at this year's Whole Festival (Aug 24-27  www.wholefestival.com )

Jacob Meehan - Live @ Buttons - November 2018

Blue pill?  Red pill?  Why not both?  @michel-serafini joined us from Chicago, where he owns & runs the 50 year old record shop Gramaphone - an institution that has a distinct lineage within the city's history of dance music.  The Smart Bar / Queen resident brought a healthy dose of the Chi-Town house sound to Berlin for the closing set of our first party in 2019.
