After the House and Techno Breaks provided by Hector Ram in the second release of the label (SA002), The Ram Fam are now given the task of bringing together artists with a long history in the classic House scene, as well as very active and constantly growing names within the underground, resulting in a 4-track ‘VA’ full of Deep House that promises a fidelity to the roots of the sound of this genre. 

From electro bass lines and deep soulful atmospheres to harmonic piano keys, the work and passion of the artists Boo Williams, Kai Alcé, Owen Jay, Melchior Sultana and Hector Ram fit together in a perfect sense of mutual influences for the SA003.

Boo William's 'Transformation' is a smooth and chord-laced house roller that has a more reflective vibe than his usual party-starting offerings. Atlanta don Kai Alce's 'Love Exists' is a heartfelt house romance then the long-time partnership of Owen Jay & Melchior Sultana douse us in star-gazing chords on 'Soul Expression' that leave you feeling refreshed. Hector Ram's 'Morning Sun Vibes' then uplifts with beautifully gentle piano chords.

Le mix est deep, s'inspire du New York fantasmé de la fin des années 80 et du début des années 90, il s'attache à recréer une ambiance club de danse suave et sensuelle et se compose d'un sélection de disques sortis entre 1988 et 2007, avec une dominance pour la période 90-95.

Having performed at the most prestigious festivals in Canada (Osheaga, Festival international de Jazz de Montréal, CMW, NXNE), Laroie released her debut EP in 2020. It featured soulful pop that she carefully crafted with producer Robert Robert. Her second EP, Speed of Life, produced by Gene Tellem, was released in September 2021. Laroie breathed new life into it with SOL REMIX SELECTION in February 2022. For a third consecutive year, she put out an empowering extended play on March 3rd, 2023 called Tragedy. Focusing on heavy themes of relationships in a way where she expresses herself best by working through her feelings. Her music is connective and emotive, pulling on the heartstrings of the listener from the very first note of her songs. The downtempo, house and IDM production alongside her beautiful vocals bring this project to life. Her lyrics are intimate, and her music is gut-wrenching while setting the mood to dance. The dark undertones and heart-punching topics will turn heads with the energetic rhythms of the contagious instrumentation. Southbound Sounds, a musical duo hailing from Cork, Ireland, known for their captivating deep house and techno compositions that have garnered recognition from prominent figures like Fish Go Deep, Chez Damier, Norm Talley, Delano Smith, Stuart Patterson, Mark Farina, and more, present an EP paying tribute to the legendary figure of Detroit, Mike Huckaby.Titled "Educator," this release, available on Deeper Groove Recordings in November, features three original tracks and a remix courtesy of another talented Irish artist, John Daly.The EP's titular track embarks on a profound journey into the realm of deep house, skillfully incorporating samples of Mike Huckaby's voice, where he shares, "First of all, I'm a DJ, producer, sound designer, and educator." Huckaby's influence permeates the composition as a Huckaby-inspired house rhythm flows gracefully beneath. John Daly's reinterpretation of "Educator" introduces a slightly slower tempo, focusing on a rich, pulsating bassline, while adding layers of gratifying percussion and additional keyboard elements."Keep It Movin'" lives up to its name, urging the listener to groove along by enveloping crisp kick drums with an array of luscious synth textures and inviting keys. This track also features a soulful sample with a lowered pitch, embracing the essence of deep house.Concluding the EP is "Upstairs," a captivating B-side gem. Its brilliance lies in its simplicity, combining a delightful synth-driven bassline, a mesmerizing arpeggiating synth, a revolving violin sample, sporadic vocal interjections, and a breakdown that's bound to ignite any basement party.
