Delfonic from Berlin, a busy guy that will hit you with his experienced, flawless flow and the skills of a Hip Hop veteran but an open-minded music taste including soulful grooves from new jazz vibes, underground Disco, American House, Breaks and Afro Grooves.

With a history in digging and an unquestionable love for music, Markus Lindner, a.k.a. Delfonic, is one of the most versatile and informed DJ as they come.

He used to be the key character concerning music knowledge in Berlin. After a long decade at  OYE records store he left the business to become a 100% touring DJ and also to do a series of Dance Jazz Edits (Illegal Jazz) which create a massive buzz in the new house and funky dance world (support from Gilles Peterson, Honey Djoon and many others)

Delfonic applies his broad knowledge of music styles to almost any setting, and is renowned for blending multiple genres, eras and disciplines throughout his sets. An open-minded talent, with an uncompromising approach to DJing, he employs a style schooled from an upbringing in hip-hop. Delfonic is the model DJ - he’ll warm the crowd up, get them dancing and then provide the scope and context that will keep the heads on board.

I‘ve found purpose in putting my poems into lyrics into the music that enfolds before my inner eye and the ones i‘ve had the honour to record with.
I’ve been distracted still this is what i come back to every day, working with voice, words & melodies.
The Voice was my First Instrument & the Saxophone my second.
