In the Central African Republic-- a Democratic Republic of  Congo Colonel Toussaint Muntazini Mukimapa has been named as the prosecutor for a new special court in the Central African Republic to try war crimes and crimes against humanity. He will be looking at crimes carried out in 2012 -- during the worst period of extrajudicial killings carried by armed groups after the coup d'etat. He will also look at crimes carried out in 2003.  RFI's Laura Angela Bagnetto spoke to Niccolo' Figà-Talamanca, the Secretary General of 'No Peace Without Justice', a Brussels-based group that promotes human rights and international justice. He says that the announcement is none too soon for the Central African Republic:
