Just reallised that I should mention what this site is about. The reason for calling it radionoise is that all of the pieces here were created either using radios, or on a radio programme. In the former case, the sounds are either emanations from other electrical equipment, or created by the interference of two closely tuned radios in close proximity. Unless otherwise specified, no processing was performed on the received signal.
Something I was happy to notice recently is that all of my tracks are specified as 00.0 BPM. YES!!


Finnish composer, producer, writer and visual artist, focused mainly to algorithmic processes, computer-assisted composition, and various other methods based on cybernetics, chaotic dynamics and stochastic systems, among others. Most programs written by author, various languages. 

Studied musicology at University of Helsinki, computing at OU, Milton Keynes, private studies in composition. Musical genres, from avant-garde/postminimal chamber music to minimal techno, wonky/noskool, IDM, electronica, ambient, experimental.

OAO3 existed from 2003-2007 in Chicago, IL. This is a selection of my favorite tracks. For the most part, these songs were created on a Nord Modular (G1), usually with some delay, reverb or ring modulation attached. There's a few tracks here that were more software based (galapagos, mouse, scarp-fuss and paper stilts), but everything else should be considered a live and mostly improvised using homemade patches on the synth.
