This week’s new addition to our radio is Mimi, 25 years old from Hannover. She originally comes from Munich and started to DJ a couple years ago during the pandemic, when she was gifted a Controller. This is when her journey began. Mimi describes her sound as divers and mood depending, even genre-fluid. Currently the sound varies between progressive house, breakbeat but also trance and more bassy stuff is involved ever so often.

In the meantime Mimi was able to play some gigs in Hannover in the majority, Braunschweig, Bremen, Kiel and even Berlin (yay). Leipzig is still missing on that list, but who knows whats about to come next. Promoters, get your bookings right! Festivals like Organic Beats Festival, Kiezkultur, snntg, Fête de la Musique in Hannover and Foesstival could also be added to the list of venues she played.
