Here's this month's episode from the "Deep down the rabbit hole" series by Hungarian DJ and "Budapest In The Dark" founder, DJ Seldon, now showcasing a guest mix from FREDDY HETZINGER. Freddy Hetzinger is a well known DJane from Germany whose sound and sets are always driving, dark, dirty and with a big portion of psytech. Growing up in a family of musicians and experiencing the Stuttgart rave scene as a teen, Freddy Hetzinger was inspired by the groove and energy of electronic music and started DJing in 2000. In the following years she was part of several projects and received numerous bookings all over Germany. From 2007-2014 she was part of the legendary ToY Club in Stuttgart! In 2012 she founded the label Mischkonsum Records together with Sashliq and started producing her own tracks. In 2016 she started her own sublabel mikofh where the focus is on 4 to the floor functional minimal techno! At the end of 2018 she left Mischkonsum Records and put all her energy in new releases, new collabs with several artists, new bookings, and she found her new home at Occultech Recordings..

Thanks to the Moyn Moyn Krew, the Kulturkosmos and everyone who supported as that heavily! It was so beautiful  to have the family behind us in the end.

In this episode Seldon invites you "deep down the rabbit hole" with CUBEX. Born and grown up in Switzerland , Cubex discovered his interest in electronic music early and started DJ’ing at the age of 17. Only a short time later his interest became more intense and transformed into passion for Drum&Bass and Techno. In the following years Cubex gained experience playing at local and national events. In parallel, he promoted his own event series and cofounded the Drum&Bass label “Perkussiv Music”. At the age of 30 the urge to make the next step got the upper hand. As a consequence, Cubex took a leave as a promoter and started producing in 2010. The style of Cubex stands for creative and daring beat combinations reflecting his musical roots and his personality. He combines rhythmic and driving House and Techno beats with hypnotic, psychedelic and dark atmospheres from the realms of Psytrance and Drum&Bass. Cubex’s productions are unmistakably his own and timeless. He himself describes his music as "deep and twisted Psy-Techno".

Maksim Dark - a young talented musician from Russia has made a name for himself in the minimal techno world by relentlessly making and releasing his signature brand of music. One of the first producers out of Russia who only plays his own music live. He has already managed to impress the likes of Dubfire, Ritchie Hawtin and Oliver Huntemann by releasing on their labels and being played by them. 

Soupherb Records has been following the rise of this prodigious talent and is very happy to release an exclusive EP "Metaheadz" by the rising young star. On remix duties we have label favorite Breger and Spanish electronic music DJ & producer Rosper. Sedated performs in various clubs and festivals in Belgium and France 'Visionroom', 'Zodiak Club’ (Brussels), Garage Club (Paris), Antirouille (Montpellier), Rockrill, Groovy Day Festival, Summer Music Festival. nfluenced by artists like Dvs1, Amotik or Inigo Kennedy, Sedated tackles a sharp and dark Industrial Techno style.

Bio
Danny Wabbit’s musical journey awakened at the age of 8 after he received his first guitar. This gradually built up an interest in developing his DJ skills by the time he turned 15 and got into electronic music. Afterwards, moving to Turkey pushed him into music production after preforming at a local techno club in Istanbul. A little over a year and a half later Danny has signed with labels such as Say What Records , Ballroom Recordings, Phobiq and Plazma records to name a few gaining, support on his tracks from artists around the globe .The artist combines simplicity and minimalism and emphasizes the vibrancy of the dark atmosphere while creating his powerful, sometimes aggressive, mind altering and eccentric art compositions.

The 5th birthday edition of ‘Independance’ live from the radiOzora studio. Hosted by longtime Ozorians and Pumpui residents, Sundi & Tatoo, Fine Beats has been connecting a growing number of underground, deep & progressive music lovers since 2015. More recently they’ve also gone “international”, with shows featuring and co-hosted by the finest soundmakers from Mexico, Russia, Holland, and Brazil, but Fine Beats have also expanded musical borders, embracing minimal and techno genres, besides deep house. The fifth anniversary show also promises to be a milestone celebration not to be missed. Special guests this time include IbogaTech/Iboga’s Human Element and Flying Rhino head/Nano’s James Monro.
