It is not a world of unreal dreams but a space inhabited by true images and symbolic beings, experienced through imaginative perception rather than physical senses or pure reason.

For me, techno was the spark that started it all when it comes to dance music. It's deeply connected to my love for partying. Coming back to it and playing it loud on the Alternative Stage of the Nexen Festival felt like the most natural thing. :) With this set, my goal was to take you through the sensations I deeply connect with : mental, hypnotic, psychedelic, deep and always groovy. Abia, chanteuse et DJ parisienne d’origine franco-vénézuélienne, s’inspire de sa sensibilité et son intuition pour créer des sets aux couleurs intenses et profondes. De nature très curieuse dans la musique et dans la vie, c’est la recherche de textures de sons et rythmiques qui font naître en elle la passion et le rêve. Enchantée par la complexité du sentiment de mélancolie que la musique lui offre, elle traverse l’obscurité avec sincérité, animée par la conviction qu’un endroit de lumière et de légèreté s’y trouve toujours.
Elle se dirige donc naturellement vers ces atmosphères « claire obscures » que lui proposent la bass music, l’ambient, le downtempo, la deep techno… En constante recherche de dépassement et de renouvellement, ce n’est pas vers un genre particulier qu’elle sera attirée, mais vers ce qui, par l’écoute, la fera vibrer de manière unique.

« Pour ce Podcast, j’ai voulu voyager au travers de lieux assez sombres, quasiment sans lumière et sans espoir, car je pense que ces endroits noirs qui existent en nous-mêmes, sont des parties que l’on regarde et accepte avec moins de facilité que les lieux plus chauds et confortables.
Moins agréables à visiter, ce sont des zones essentielles à reconnaître avec neutralité et courage.
En recherche constante d’harmonie dans mon chemin de vie, j’ai ce besoin d’aller explorer des mondes extérieurs et intérieurs pour mieux me connaître, trouver une place qui me convient et vibrer dans le tout avec justesse. Ici, la musique peut aider à plonger loin et bas, en n’oubliant jamais d’apporter un morceau d’espoir dans chaque main, afin de remonter plus puissant à la surface. »

Kicking off the Navigare Audio series on radiOzora, welcome HYDROUS: "This is a live set recorded at my home studio, in the countryside autumn landscape in Norway. Consisting of live versions of both released and unreleased material.  A thread is kept throughout the set in both bpm and style. Included are some older tracks in new packages, more recently released tracks, as well as current works in progress."  Hydrous is the project of Per Christian Berg, a producer, DJ, and live act from Vestfold, Norway. Also working as a sound technician and multi-genre artist, his creative range stretches from ambient and psychedelic rock to psy-chill and techno. With Hydrous, his focus lies in hypnotic, atmospheric, and deeply psychedelic techno, a sound shaped by the meditative stillness of Nordic nature and introspective states of mind.  A long-time member of Navigare Audio, Hydrous has released three EPs, several remixes, and numerous tracks with the label. Now, he presents an exclusive live set for Radiozora, recorded in his home studio amid the autumn countryside of Norway. It features live versions of released and unreleased material, weaving older tracks in new forms, fresh works in progress, and a steady, immersive flow of rhythm and sound.
