Based in Yamagata Prefecture in Japan’s Tohoku region, he has organized numerous parties centered around the outdoor techno festival “QUEST.” SAITO is the of the rare DJs today who continues to uphold the aesthetics of vinyl, He delivered a beautifully crafted and deeply engaging techno set—seamlessly weaving together jazz, deep house, organic rhythms, and the immersive deep techno that is his true forte.
