Heute dürfen wir euch eine ganz besondere Ausgabe unseres Projektes präsentieren, nämlich eine Live-Aufnahme vom 21.08. vom Sisyphos Strand von dem lieben Luca Musto.

Den aus dem Allgäu stammenden Produzenten und DJ darf man guten Gewissens als echte Koryphäe der (smoothen) Downtempo Bewegung bezeichnen, seine Sounds, die von Soul, Hip Hop, Jazz und weiteren Genres geprägt sind, erschallen nun schon seit etlichen Jahren auf diversen Soundsystemen in Wohnzimmern und Clubs gleichermaßen.

Bei diesem extenden Set zeigt er seine große Bandbreite und wer an diesem Tag im Sisyphos das Vergnügen hatte, zu dem Sound zu tanzen, kann sich sicher noch gut daran erinnern. Umso schöner also, dass nun auch alle anderen Hörer in den Genuss kommen, danke dir Luca und euch nun viel Vergnügen beim Nachtanzen!

A highlight of my 2021 was to play with a hero of mine, @mira_kater, at my favorite San Francisco venue, The Public Works 🖤

About 5 years ago I saw Mira play on this stage, and this summer it came full circle as I opened for her on her US tour. Dreams do come true!

It's been a lot of fun exploring various flavors of my music and curating different vibes for different crowds. Thanks to Peter Blick @peterblick and many others for the continuous support!

Relish festival holds a deep place in my heart and this year was the most special for me personally and professionally.

After a summer of incredible gigs and special moments already,  the lovely Mira invited me to play at KaterBlau as well….it was the last set of the summer and i could not think of a better way to finish my gigs in Berlin.
It truly was the icing on the cake for me.

What to say…Besides being grateful to be asked to share space and time to partake in celebrating this wonderful lady. The event was exactly how i imagined it would be and more, a true marathon bender with all of the lovely characters you'd like to see when you embark on such an adventure. When @mira_kater invited me to play it, you betcha i was coming in from wherever! And it did not disappoint, my only regret is that i wish i would have planned my stamina better, since i wish i could have stayed for the whole event.  I hope you enjoy this recording as much as i enjoyed being there. Much love and thanks Mira of the invitation.

Incredibly grateful for this invitation to participate in this celebration. These sweet souls had booked me to play their birthday event in Mykonos and we're kind enough to still honor that time while being quarantined in Boulder CO. After being mostly quite and kind've caught like a dear in the headlights these days, i began to set back in motion and began feeling super excited and joyful playing music. Unfortunately due to where i'm staying at the moment i could not pull off a live stream, so we opted for a recording instead. I recorded the tracks that bring back fond memories of seeing peoples responds on the dance floor the past year, so here's a collection of my favorites, they sure bring back sweet memories for me, hope they move you as well.

Lockdown Grooves | Live-Stream - Berlin, November 2020

Half Belgian and half Dutch, Ramona spent her youth bouncing between Antwerp and Amsterdam throughout the early 90s. Growing up on Belgian techno and the Dutch love of house music instilled in her an early appreciation for contrast and balance between these two genres of music.

Ramona’s sound weaves together a tapestry of melodies, textures and beats, reflecting two decades of extensive world travel. Always conscious of the energy of her audience, her sensitivity stems from a love of dancing, and results in an emotive, sensual style that exudes a rich array of feeling. It is Ramona’s way of giving back and getting back to that vital place we all go when the music feels right.
