All Night

Dim the lights and vibe out to my opening set for a “Celebration of Love” house party of two dear friends. It was fun to explore a different approach from my conscious dance sets and focus more on mixing deep world bass, hip hop, and soulful tracks.

This was the first DJ mix I ever made. The germination of many more musical journeys. Attune to Alignment. The day before this set I witnessed an Annular Eclipse, an alignment of the Sun, Moon and Earth, and there were exactly the right amount of clouds so I could see this phenomenon with my bare eyes and crystalize this picture. I attune myself to the alignment of the universe. I trust my intuition. I hold my boundaries. I flow in synchronicity. Nothing that is truly for me can ever be lost. Flow in your dance with attunement to your own alignment. What does your body authentically need in this moment? Is it in your highest alignment to dance by yourself, or with another? Is it in the other's highest alignment to dance with you? Celebrate the sacred no as well as the sacred yes, as your true alignment and theirs are met in equal measure.
