I noodle around with Ableton Live 8 & 9 and make tunes. I have less than no clue which of your favourite sub-sub-sub-genres any of this fits into, and I frankly don't give much of a toss, either.


For the gear-geeks: Toshiba laptop w/Win7-64, Ableton Live 8, Akai APC40 control surface, Akai MPD18 pad controller, Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 & M-Audio FastTrack Ultra 8R audio interfaces, Novation A-Station hard synth, SuperWave soft synths and rhythm machines, ClyphX, Bome's Midi Translator, M-Audio Axiom 61 keyboard, Tannoy Reveal 502 active monitors, Alesis RA300 amp + 20-year-old Soundcraft Spirit Absolute 2 monitors, Sennheiser cans, various shakers, a rainmaker of dubious heritage and some guitars that I hardly ever use, all packed into 10 square metres of acoustically-reasonable space that I laughingly and ironically call "Studio Kasbah".
