You'll be hard pushed to find anyone else on the ward this year who has delivered more music to us than, Simon Shackleton. His legendary mammoth sets have kept many ears entertained over the last twelve months. From his, One Series sets in London, Denver, Los Angeles and San Francisco, which have seen him play anywhere from four to seven hours, right up to him playing at the party of all parties, Burning Man, where he managed an incredible nine hour set. If you like your music a little deeper, full of groove, with a slight edge to it and packed with heart and soul, Simon's mixes will simply blow your mind!

Not only do you have many hours of music to listen to now, but we have for you posted above, this exclusive remaster from, Simon, as our advent day giveaway #23. 'Angelhead' is a slice of Techno that mirrors the kind of music you find in his sets perfectly. The groove is there, it's grabs on the heartstrings and the force that lies within is strong! It's one of those tracks that's equally adept as tune to totally lose it to on the dance floor or a tune to simply lose your mind to when kicking back with your headphones on. Advent Day #23 - Simon Shackleton - Angelhead (Exclusive 2015 Remaster)

For those not familiar with the Tempest, he is a french DJ and producer based in Nantes, member of LOT49 and manager of his own label CClone Records.

Finding freedom in music he was lulled by rock and roll & blues as a young 'un progressing to techno sounds in the nineties where he found his real passion - djng at clubs and free parties.

Guess what came next .... he began to make is own beats! After various projects and aliases, Beat Tempest was born with his breakbeat, techno, techfunk sounds that we all know and love.

In 2013 he created his own label - CClone and by 2014 he was signed to the mighty LOT49.

And so ladies and gentlemen - we introduce to you his advent track - Santa Claus Breaker. A gritty breakbeat banger with balls!! Very heavy indeed...

It’s been another action packed year for, Phil Wrighton aka WheresNorth?. He has delighted festival crowds dj-ing throughout the summer and he’s also been bringing some of the best underground talent to his always bouncing ‘DuskTilDawn‘ nights in, Sheffield. Stanton Warriors, Mooqee, Mafia Kiss, Deekline and Utah Saints are just a few to visit the ‘Steel City’ this last year and the party continues up north as ‘DuskTilDawn’ celebrates it’s third birthday on 30th January with a jaw dropper of a lineup. Skapes, Dub Pistols (dj set) and Phil Hartnoll/ Orbital (dj set) are all on the bill and if this excites you get all the info HERE.

As well as dj-ing and scouting for top quality artists, Phil, can always be found producing some cracking work of his own and his brand new track ‘Reverse’ is our second exclusive in our Advent Calendar giveaway! ‘Reverse’ is all abut the old skool vibes. Starting his own label in early 2011, his production skills have come on leaps and bounds during his fifteen years in the industry and has gained support from some big names such as Laurent Garnier, Slam, Umek, Richie Hawtin, Felix Da Housecat and many more.

As an extra bonus this Christmas eve we have second mix to get those parties rocking! This one comes from, Colin and Jon aka, Krossbow. These guys met ten years ago through a love for the broken beat and because of that, Krossbow, was formed. The music in their mix represents the tunes they were both raving to back in the day. So as you might guess, this mix takes on 'classic Breaks' stance. The mix itself was recorded at the, Wilkestock festival, back in September and was to be their last festival set together as, Jon has packed up and moved to Australia. The tracklist was specifically chosen to celebrate their ten year friendship and such has been there success over the last decade, several of the artist included in the mix have found themselves supported by the mighty, Krossbow. Definitely one of those 'full circle' deals in full effect!

Fear not fans of, Krossbow! Even though, Jon has moved to Australia they guys still plan to keep working together which is great news all round I'm sure you will agree. The only thing that's left to do is set your music device volume to 'max' and get on it guys and gals!

Getting the party started on this Christmas Eve, Mary is a peak time player delivering a peak time set. Expect groovy, bass- laden electro and dirty house bombs a plenty folks.

Her unique style and infectious energy behind the decks have seen her take 2015 by storm playing gigs and festivals all over the country such as Glade, Waveform, Sunrise, Secret Garden Party and Boomtown fair. As if that isn't enough, she has recently dipped her toe in the music production pool collaborating with Datamass and Mr Mirra plus did you know Mary has also got a fantastic voice? Putting her talents to good use in the studio she has teamed up with Atomic Drop, on their forthcoming release on Bazooka records,'Inside my head'.
