Everyone should have faith,but faith without action is useless!

I'm paraphrasing a story from Tony Robbins here. He would ask his audience something like, "If you have to do ten barbell curls to make your biceps stronger which rep is the hardest?" Everyone answers number ten. Then he asks, "Which rep is the most productive?" And when people answer with, "number ten," he replies, "No! The most productive rep is number ELEVEN. The one that pushes you beyond what was expected of you and when you were allowed to just quit." And that's a big part of what Andy is talking about here. Personally, I'd like to hear Andy address a similar talk to all the people that use the "100" emoji when they text or say it out loud in conversation. The kind of people I most often hear emphatically using "100 percent!" are almost always the type that has probably never done ANYTHING one hundred percent. People drop that phrase every day as they half-ass it through their daily life and it just leaves me shaking my goddamn head.

If you want to succeed in life, you&nbsp;can't leave&nbsp;anything up to chance. &nbsp;You cannot go 40, 50, or 60 percent of the way toward excellence, but then leave a bunch of factors and variables free to handle themselves. Of course, some things are meant to be. You can't control everything, all the time. But the people who truly kill it in life are those who take control of every possible factor.&nbsp;
