What a gift to play shortly after sunrise on one of the most incredible sound stages at Burning Man. The mix that came together here was partly made up of some of my favorite moments from 2021-2022.

This extraordinary summer solstice I had the great honour of playing Ecstatic Dance Brighton, my birth-town for what ended up being the highest attended outdoor ecstatic dance the country has ever seen, with 230 ticket holders sharing their love of nature, the sun and music, in delicious community!  

This set drew from a recent favourite at my Hackney Evening Sessions, and built on that, with a slow drum based buildup, shifting into tropical sounds and then a beautiful and intellectual throwback to the music that sent me on my way, during my Brighton clubbing days in the late 90's & early 2000's at The Honey Club, Zap & Beach Club, as they were all then known! And then a load more in the second wave, so buckle up! 

We hope you enjoy this set as much as the community did up on Devils Dyke. It was a wild ride!

The original track "Mother Whale" by Ivan Vendemiatti (Ekoa) and Ramon Rainha (Patanegra), is an atmospheric, compositional acoustic-electronic experiment which already has almost 1 million streams on Spotify.

This "Remix EP" consists of one rework by the original Brazilian Duo, Eko & Pata Negra as well as two beautiful remixes by Portuguese producers Mushina and Magupi.
