Greetings, honor & love,  my name is Juan Andrés Estrada,  it is an honor and a privliage to share my story.   I go by the Musical artist name Dre z Melodi.   I am a refined internationally recognized roots reggae vocalist,  keyboardist, producer, songwriter over twenty five years.  I am a New Mexico native, officially crowned by priest Abba in Bull Bay Jamaica, I am a health advocate, peace loving humanitarian, husband, father of six, farmer and an original member of reggae group Mystic Vision/One Foundation. My story is simple, rural New Mexican,   musical,  artistic,  faithful,  good family,  good health,  respectful,  truth seeking,  true love of music and culture.  
 July 2023 I was honored with New-Mexico-entertainment-magazine.com top musical artist/band award “reggae” category.  I’ve produced and voiced over twenty (20) albums,  performing stages all throughout the southwest,  west coast,  Washington,  Oregon,  NEw York city, and Florida,  I have recorded and performed as far as Hawaii,  Barcelona Spain and Kingston Jamaica,  I hope to travel more with my music in the coming future.  Biggest influences are my musical Mama,  Auntie,  the Marley family,  Israel Vibration, Peter Morgan, Garnett Silk,  Luciano, Sizzla and Vaughn Benjamin(Midnite).   It is a privilege to serve my family and community thru music and preserve reggae music and culture, connecting all of humanity thru reggae, positive living,  and the teachings of His Majesty,  Haile Selassie.   My story is one of “livication” (dedication) and hard work,  putting “one love “ and “Ital” health into reality thru music.  Clean and up-full Lyrics along with my vocal melodies I combine soulful reggae, R & B and roots reggae word- sound -power when performing live,  I am supported by a powerful and talented band consisting of 5 members, Drums guitars bass keys including my talented son on drum kit, Naloh (21 years old) playing original Dre z melodi material and a few roots reggae covers. I also perform as a solo artist vocals with my acoustic guitar / piano accompaniment

  My new album entitled “Victory” envisioned a family album of international and local artists to bring our reggae community together, the album includes nine (9) features and four (4) production features and was released on January 1st 2024,  tying reggae artists and producers from across the world reggae community here in New Mexico,  including Vaughn Benjamin (voice of AKae Beka / Midnite),  dancehall/ reggae voice Perfect Giddimani, Jamaican reggae legend Fred Locks,  Albuquerque’s Reviva,  and London’s  reggae dancehall producer King Alpha just to name a few.  Austin Reggae festival April twentieth 2024 will be our first major festival this year.  I look forward to more opportunity to share my music and work with others thru performance bookings, music collaborations , and connection on line.
