On Halloween 2021 David Castellani debuted his modular techno live performance at the WORK warehouse, curated by @synthetikminds and 6AM.

His one-hour live set ahead of Hotflush Recordings boss Scuba was captured, and is this week's Global Vibe Radio episode.

David Castellani is a techno producer and modular synthesist with a main focus on peak-time, dance floor-driven energy. David’s sound, fueled by an array of analog hardware, showcases the intricate aspects of modern music production, while staying true to the fundamentals that inspire you to let loose on a dark warehouse floor.

Italian-born Castellani moved to Chicago in his early years and began his musical journey as a percussion player focusing on jazz-fusion. After an extended focus on classical training, David began pursuing electronic music production which led to a catalogue of releases, collaborations, and remixes by respected artists like Superfreq boss, Mr.C.

Now living in Los Angeles, Castellani launched his new record imprint, Noetic, which cultivates smart and dynamic techno music. With a heavy focus on modular synthesizers and analog hardware, both Castellani and Noetic feature a boundary-pushing feel, filled with hypnotic sound design, explosive lead lines, futuristic sound palettes, and driven rhythms.

Outside of music, you can find David digging into the many facets of design as the co-owner of the art-driven fashion line, After Infinite, as well as, partial founder of the new modular synthesizer company, Anti-Kulture.

For the 12th instalment of Structure Series Invites, we have a London-based electronic music producer from Brazil - Vinicius Honorio.

With a storied history in DJing and producing, starting in Rio de Janeiro as a D’n’B selector before settling into London’s technosphere, the Brazilian producer pens dark and dubby textures. 

Delivering releases on his label, Liberta Records as well as the likes of Figure, Blueprint, Modularz, Mord and Token, Vinicius productions display his penchant for trippy and foreboding techno whilst encapsulating the energy and passion that have come to be synonyms with his style.  

From Berlin’s Wilde Renate to London’s Fold, playing DJ gigs all around the globe, Vini’s music receives ongoing support from Ben Klock, Rødhåd, Ben Sims, DVS1, Kr!z, Truncate, and James Ruskin to name a few.

Music became more than a passion; it became a way of life. Whether he's producing tracks,
spinning records,hunting for rare gems, or diving into new artists, RE-Connect is always immersed
in sound.

RE-Connect's sound is lush, dark, and atmospheric. His basslines run deep and heavy, while his
highs are smooth and crisp, blending power with precision. Ever curious, he constantly explores
new sonic textures, always pushing his boundaries while staying true to his core: emotional,
immersive storytelling through music.

But then the pandemic marked the beginning of a new and challenging chapter. Personal
responsibilities demanded his full attention and focus. As a result, the musical journey had to be
put on hold. Though the passion never faded, music temporarily took a backseat.

Now, with a dedicated studio space and a renewed sense of balance, RE-Connect is back
reignited by fresh inspiration and a deep hunger to create. As of late 2024, he’s ready to fully
re-engage with his artistic path, stronger, sharper, and more focused than ever. This marks not
just a return, but the beginning of a bold new chapter.

With his new independent concept “DuisTer”, he’s building a space for collaboration between both established names and underground talents. Each Month, his DuisTer Radio Podcast invites listeners into a carefully curated soundscape that reflects his vision—deep, driving, and otherworldly.


What sets RE-Connect apart is his fearless innovation and relentless pursuit of emotional
