Liam Williams ist ein Techno-DJ aus Berlin, dessen Stil sich durch kraftvolle Peaktime-Energie, treibende Dynamik und eine klare, druckvolle Handschrift auszeichnet. Geprägt von der Berliner Technokultur entdeckte ich bereits als Teenager – mit 14 Jahren auf der Loveparade – meine Verbindung zur elektronischen Musik.

Mit inzwischen über 13 Jahren Erfahrung an den Decks und seit fünf Jahren wieder konstant aktiv habe ich meinen Sound kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt: düster, energetisch, präzise und immer mit einem Gefühl für den Moment.

Meine musikalische Heimat fand ich unter anderem in der Berliner Szene, wo ich heute Teil der Slust Open Air Berlin Familie bin. Dort überzeugt ich regelmäßig mit Sets, die sich intensiv aufbauen und die Crowd auf eine Reise zwischen druckvollem Techno und treibendem Hardtechno mitnehmen. Für mich ist Techno kein Hobby – es ist eine Haltung, die in jedem meiner Sets spürbar wird.

Die Sylent-Revolution: Techno neu definiert

Schon in seiner frühen Kindheit fand Sylent seine Passion in der Musik, indem er das Klavierspiel und die Trompete beherrschte. Doch 2009 sollte ein einschneidendes Erlebnis sein Leben für immer verändern, als er die elektronische Musik im legendären KitKatClub in Berlin entdeckte. Von diesem Zeitpunkt an begann seine rasante Reise in die Welt des Techno.

Sylent, ein Name, der mittlerweile Synonym für revolutionäre Techno-Klänge ist, hat eine beeindruckende Karriere hinter sich. Seine Bühnen erstrecken sich von internationalen Conventions bis zu den angesagtesten Clubs, darunter der weltbekannte KitKatClub, das pulsierende Insomnia und das Gotec in Karlsruhe, um nur einige zu nennen.

Doch was Sylent wirklich auszeichnet, ist seine außergewöhnliche Fähigkeit, mit den Ikonen der DJ-Welt zu kollaborieren. An den Decks teilte er die Bühne mit namhaften Künstlern wie Pan Pot, Indira Paganotto, Fatima Hajji, Dr. Motte, Nakadia und vielen anderen.
