Born into a hip-hop tribe in an inner city community surrounded by drugs and violence, me was destined to be the fire MC of the family.  Many people forget that rapping is just a part of the hip-hop culture.  Besides the emcee, hip-hop is defined by three other key ingredients: the DJ, breakdancing, and graffiti art.

me’s father DJ Sun is a a true master of the wheels of steel with an excellent blend of artistic and technical skills. That muthafucka can scratch a record on a turntable like he's Jimi Hendrix scratching on a guitar.  An avid music collector of vintage and rare records, his knowledge of music is nothing short of encyclopedic.  

Mama Rain dances and is in better shape than anyone you know. And when she dances people watch.  Melody in motion, she plays the music with the movement of her body.  Ballet, tap, strippin, modern--but breaking is her true gift.  Toprock, downrock, power moves, freezes--mama can still b-girl with the best of them.

Uncle Doodlebug is so good at creating art from a spray paint can that he once painted a huge black Mona Lisa on the side of an ugly warehouse building covered in gang graffiti. The owner liked the graffiti art so much that he paid Doodle to paint murals on five of his other properties.  

Then came me.  His  folks said that he was born to MC.  Long before me  uttered his first words, he would constantly use his tongue, lips, and palette to make sounds.  Oohs and aahs and seemingly beatboxing and babbling bars.  Soon those sounds became words.  “Mama” and “dada” turned into words me picked up along the way listening to his extended family.  Before long all he wanted to do was hear his words come out in rhyme.

Young Astronauts Club is a stadium rock group featuring singer / songwriter / guitarist / multi-instrumentalist / producer Mic (Michael James Macintosh), singer / songwriter / keyboardist / multi-instrumentalist / producer Krs (Crystal Dawn Macintosh) and a continuously active, rotating cast of musicians, vocalists, producers, sonic / visual artists and remixers. As primogenitures of post rock, their collective mission is to continue to bring music forward, into the 21st century and beyond.

Biographie :

There are few words that are sufficient to describe Franky Jones. He has been around 
for over almost three decades, spreading his message of love the last 32 years through his beats.  Fast, slow, trippy, funky, mental, groovy and melodiues all with relentless passion. His broad musical taste ranges from disco to new wave and new beat in the early '80s to hiphop, house, techno and beyond !!!  Getting his inspiration from artists like Prince, Depeche Mode, Run DMC, The Beastie Boys and Kraftwerk, Dr Jones guides you to the outer edges of the musical universe.  He has played at some of 
the most legendary Raves like MAYDAY, LOVE PARADE, I LOVE TECHNO, TOMORROWLAND, 
HOUSE TORHOUT, INNER CITY and TECHNO 2000.  Franky is one of Belgium's most acknowledged artists, a true Pioneer !!!  
Franky was also one of the driving forces behind the illustrious Bonzai label, wich helped shape 
the face of the Belgian dance culture and beyond. His biggest production monster "THE FIRST REBIRTH" is still standing the test of time after 24 years and being played every weekend around the world !!! SHINING OCTOPUS SPECIAL BREW aka S.O.S.B. is a 3 piece "grind electro" band from France since 2017, with former members of AYAKSVOKSOM.

Pangolin is the hypnotic ambient soul groove duo, Jam and Sophie, from South London. Originally two drummers (between them they have drummed in many London bands from Lawn Flamingo, Lip, Peluché, Moribones and more!) they started jamming together on different electronic and acoustic instruments including bass guitar, synthesizers, clarinet, drum machines and vocoders to make their blend of electro-chaos, using rhythmic hooks influenced by their drumming backgrounds.
