My goal as a dj/artist/producer is to create some really trippy music or re-create some really trippy worlds around vocals taken from existing songs or even films.

Red Robot Records was set up in the summer of 2008 by Lex Loofah (Warp). We quickly grew to a point where we release a single or EP every week and either another single or EP or an album every other week.
 
Our ethos is simple, if we like it, we'll release it. We don't follow one style in particular, and we're not necessarily chasing commercial success (not that we would begrudge it!).

In April 2010, ownership and running of the label passed to http://www.soundcloud.com/oscartg, and he has built on the work started by Lex.

In late 2010, OneLove/Sony in Australia licensed the Kinzy remix of Run With The Flame by Oscar TG vs Flipt &amp; Scarlett to appear on their compilation, Dubstep Invasion, mixed by Kid Kenobi and Glove Cats.

January 2011 saw the launch of http://soundcloud.com/subtec-records, an offshoot of Red Robot Records run by Simon & Brian of Secret Groovers, to focus on the more minimal/tech-house/techno genres of music.

Here at Gonzoland we believe that goes for music as well. If music gets a million plays, it’s probably not weird enough for us. After all the decades of listening, writing, playing & recording so much music, combined with countless experiences on psychedelics, we have embraced the weird. It is the weird things in life that allow the normal to believe they are normal. Or you could say normal is just average. While life doesn’t always offer a choice between average and above average. You do have a great choice if you want average musif, whats at the top of the charts. Ir you can search for the real audio treasures. The sea of music grows daily, search long enough, you will find them  Gonzoland believes we should seek our own truth.If you have found it takes to long to achieve or would like a guide, we are here to help.
