Time Machine is a radio program on Refuge Worldwide, where myself and @geoffreylarue have one rule and one rule only: we can only play music from the same year. We also like to read facts on Wikipedia about said year, engage in playful banter, drink mezcal, and give away stupid prizes because we think we're a morning zoo show. You don't have to be caller number seven. You just have to be caller number one.

Shredding up the scene for the past few years, Berlin based Caro has been showcasing her magical talents with her unreal fluctuations docking on labels such as Whatiplay, Gruuv and Nein Records. All are insanely mythical.
 
Her talents do not stop there, as an effusive performer, Caro regularly DJs in clubs all over Berlin and demonstrates her keen eye for detail. If you haven't caught her yet, you definitely should.

It's time to let this alien abduction take place. We'll let the mix do the rest of the talking.

Stomping in all the way from Madrid to deliver Viscera 029 is Rotten City Records head honcho, Alvaro Cabana.

DJing since the late 90’s and residing at clubs such as Mondo Disko and Coppelia, Alvaro has been long in the game and it shows through his performances. His sets consist of different moods that span across a variety of his most loved genres, moulding into one elegant journey.  

As a man with many expertise, Alvaro has locked his production laser missiles on a whole variety of wonderful labels and they never go a miss. Forming 1/3 of D.Y.O.R, 1/3 of Silent Echoes and 1/2 of Los López, Cabana has released some of Viscera’s most admired music to date.

Expect the usual from Alvaro, a selection of slow motion leftfield squelching sludge, psychedelic new-wave rhythms and enigmatic down-tempo slipperiness.

Rosie and Nadia are steadily making waves as they embark upon a musical voyage which is bound to see them travel far. The pair have exceptional taste which is perhaps best showcased via their appearances on Balamii Radio. Together they play an eclectic array of electronic music which spans a magnificently wide breadth - from new wave to post punk, electro to house, synth escapades to abstract techno and so much more. They meander between genres and styles with exceptional style and grace. These two are the real deal. 

We invited them to contribute to our ever growing mix series as they deliver an assortment of music which they describe as a representation of 'dark desires'.
