"Elektro Tonight 55" Armchair Issue - Contemplative days (December 2025)

Old fart who loves 4:4 across the board. Occasionally promote and play out at a night called 'Darkroom' and at 'Esoteric' at The Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. currently promoting #InRealLife at The Golden Lion, Todmorden (next event is 3/12/25 with Reedale Rise live.) Held a residency on the Modulations podcast and broadcast 'The Electric Lounge' radio show for two years. Musical inspirations: too many. Forged in late 89 sweatboxes in Manchester...But it ain't where you're from, it's where you're at. 

Musically educated at Aufschwung Ost / Stammheim in Kassel, I moved to Berlin at the end of the last century, where I occasionally played some records here (wohlklang@nbi) and there for fun.

Static System is a music project from Hanover, which emerged from more than 15 years of experience as a DJ. Musically, „Electro“ is clearly in the foreground. Artists such as Kraftwerk, Drexciya, Illektrolab, DJ Dijital and AUX88 were just a few of the major musical influences.

In 2021 a serious illness brought the DJ business to a sudden end. Now all energy flows into the production of electronic music in order to be able to live out the fascination with it.
