I was born on Halloween and that makes me a Scorpio and a Bruja but now I also know that I am a Buddha so call me Dark Scorpio Buddha. I was the youngest of six children thus I spent most of my childhood alone and grew up a as very lonely child even though I was surrounded by a large family. I learned to embrace my childhood loneliness and now that I am older and wiser, I treasure my 'me' time and have learned to deeply love myself by focusing on my original thoughts, dreams and desires. Many find me intimidating and intense and that is okay because that is who I am. I'm also a practicing Buddhist and through the philosophy I have learned to respect the dignity of all human beings beginning with myself. Know that those who suffer the most will be the happiest!! I now know who I am and will continue to let My Cup Runneth Over even if it includes castigating idiots once is a while. It's called karma, they are crossing my path for the very specific reason of learning a valuable lesson so that we may both become better humans.

I have always enjoyed the company of animals much more than the company of humans. When I was little my father had a farm in Panama in Central America where I was born. One day he brought me a chick as a gift. Months later, when my little chick grew up into a big beautiful chicken. One morning I was in the backyard playing when my mother came out, caught the chicken, knocked her out by hitting her over the head, cut her head off with a machette, plucked all her feathers, and made chicken tamales and chicken soup with my pet :( That day I refused to eat. My mother thought it was funny at first but then understood that I was serious.  I grew up thinking my father hated me. I blamed his abandonment on me and my personal appearance thus I grew up thinking I was an ugly duckling but I also grew up angry and competitive and with something to prove! 


We moved to the United States as military family. I went through culture shock and hardly spoke for over a year. I took classes that did not involve much talking like art, physical education, math, and home economics, where I learned to sew. I spent most of my time in my bedroom listening to The Beatles, Prince, Bob Marley, David Bowie, George Harrison, and John Lennon. David Bowie taught me that it was okay to be different and George Harrison impressed me with his sincere spirituality. I remember when Bob Marley and George Harrison died and when John Lennon was murdered. For those losses I cried with much pain :_

I am no longer miserable or unhappy but I know what it's like to be sad and clinically depressed. I know what that 'hopeless feeling' feels like. I listened to this music over and over because that was all I could relate to but eventually I found the light in me. I dedicate this playlist to anyone that may feel sad, depressed and lonely. This is my way of keeping you company and holding your hand. Know that I relate to what is hard to understand. Know that many of us DO CARE ABOUT YOU AND WE SEE YOU! Peace, inner love, and light to you!!! <3

"Bela Lugosi's Dead" is a gothic rock song written by the band Bauhaus. The song was the band's first single, released in August 1979, and is often considered to be the first gothic rock record to be released.[1][2] It did not enter the UK charts. The B-side featured the song "Boys" and some versions also include a portion of an early demo recording of what would be their next single, "Dark Entries". It was released on CD in 1988[3] and was compiled on the 1998 album, Crackle - The Best of Bauhaus. The original sleeve art was taken from a still of the film The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari.[2] The authors listed on the single are David Haskins, Kevin Haskins, Peter Murphy and Daniel Ash.[4]

[EN] Hkkptr is a project based in Leipzig. His musical roots are coming from Black and Death Metal.
He got in touch with electronic music through Gabber wich built the basement for his passion towards harder industrial sounds.
Hkkptr always try to capture an industrial soundscape with hints of a dark, hypnotic drive. When getting in touch with Modular Mind he quickly knew that they share equal interests and the drive to release different electronic music.
After a short time Hkkptr released his debut EP (VVV trilogy) with Modular Mind and the 2nd EP will be finished soon. He is working closely together with Modvs, Ambre and Unn aswell - this will lead to collaboration-traks soon.
