Here we have 3 additional Digi Only remixes to feature as part of the full worldwide online stores / streaming release on Friday 31st December.  These additional 3 kick off kinda where the vinyl release ends, with a dub version of label bossman Iain Taylor’s haunting “I’m Horney” remix, dropping the horns, striping it back and beefing up the rhythm section and renaming it the “Not Tonight Dub” (I’m not horny anymore, I’m too busy dancing).

To see the full digital release out, we’ve reverted back to something we like to do wherever possible, we’ve drafted in an up and coming crew, this time from the land of cheese & chocolate with Swiss crew Kritikel Audio Techniques (KAT), obviously there’s not even a slight whiff of cheese here, just pure musical chocolate from the 3 young producers who hail from Zurich.  It’s a set of tracks that came about after Iain had the pleasure of hanging with the guys in their secluded studio complex on one of his jaunts to bring a bit of musical heat to the frosty climate that makes the country not only a great place to ski but also gives even more excuse to stay inside a hot sweaty venue, listening to repetitive electronic music, giving the city a scene rich in the sounds of Deep and dreamy House & Techno, leading to the term “The Zurich Sound” commonly being used around the rest of Switzerland.  

The KAT crew sit at the cutting edge of the city’s new wave of artists who’ve grown up surrounded by the sound of their home town but who also draw on inspirations from further afield and have cooked up 2 bang on the money mixes that skirt the line of Micro House and (Ro)Minimal Techno.

These digital tracks will come out as part of the full digital / streaming release on Friday 26th November.
