Opening the summer season, Tash’s Movement Recordings welcomes Andres Moris and Alto Astral to the label for their debut EP. Based in Argentina, Andres Moris has been touted as one of his country's fastest rising progressive house talents. Although only a year into his production career, the Cordoba resident has already earned the support of Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, while landing releases via Antrim’s Or Two Strangers, 3rd Avenue, Balkan Connection and Droid9. Now making his Movement Recordings debut, Andre teams up with one of Argentina’s top up and coming duo’s Alto Astral for a three-track showcase entitled ‘Time Shifter’, alongside a remix from label boss Tash.

Rounding out a strong spring season, Antrim’s Or Two Strangers welcomes Paula OS back to the label for a new single. Born in Chile but now Buenos Aires based, Paula shot into the electronic music spotlight in 2016 with her vocal work on Jos & Eli’s ‘Walking On Water’. Released through long standing German imprint Einmusika, it set the course for what has been a remarkable seven-year stretch. Paula has since gone on to collaborate with some of progressive music’s most esteemed talents in Antrim, Ezequiel Arias, Hernan Cattaneo & Soundexile, Kamilo Sanclemente and more. It’s these unique pairings which has led to an impeccable resume highlighted by releases via Anjunadeep, Selador, Sound Avenue, Sudbeat and UV. Having already appeared on Or Two Strangers three previous times dating back to 2017, Paula now returns to the label for his first solo single entitled ‘Rival’, alongside remixes from John Cosani and Greg Ochman.

Returning to the label with the first interpretation of ‘Rival’ is John Cosani. With a career that spans well over a decade Argentinean producer John Cosani has established himself as one of the progressive genre’s veteran artists. On the strength of early tracks John earned the praise of genre tastemakers Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, in turn landing standout projects via Mango Alley, Sudbeat Music, Tale & Tone and more. Antrim’s Or Two Strangers has also served as an important landing spot for John, with an EP and remix landing across 2019 and 2020 respectively. Now, following a remix for Ric Niels and Dowden to begin the year, John returns to Or Two Strangers with a stirring take on ‘Rival’. While maintaining the uplifting spirit of the original, the Buenos Aires resident crafts a sweeping sonic experience all his own, a sleek hypnotic journey where flowing basslines and deconstructed vocals surface from their rhythmic architecture, onwards to a finale of emotive grooves and fluttery arps.

"He's Still There" EP by Pinkowitz is a captivating musical journey that showcases the Denver, Colorado-based musician's talent and creativity in the realm of deep, melodic, and organic house music. This debut release on The Purr Music is a testament to Pinkowitz's growth as an artist, as it stands out as his best work to date.

The EP opens with the title track, "He's Still There," an original composition that sets the tone for the entire release. Pinkowitz's signature style shines through, blending melodic elements with a deep and organic groove. The track carries a certain hypnotic quality that draws listeners in, making it a standout piece on the EP.

The remixes featured on this release add a unique dimension to the EP. Niko Garcia's remix brings his Argentine flair to the table, offering a fresh perspective on the original track. The fusion of Pinkowitz's melodies with Garcia's production expertise results in a remix that elevates the EP's overall experience.

The second remix by Emi CA & Facucio further enriches the EP, providing a collaborative take on Pinkowitz's work. Their Argentinian musical background adds depth and diversity to the release, making it a well-rounded collection of tracks.
