New private playlist

'Towards the end of Summer 2020, Dissident founder Noel Sanger dropped his unique single “A.F.F.T.E.R.” Support on the record was heavy and included names like Guy J, Pete Tong, DJ Zombi, KISS FM, Cevin Fisher, Just Her, Lemon8 and more, and ultimately landing at number 3 in Beatport’s progressive releases. 

Now, nearly 2 years later, this tasty jam with its unmistakable melodic horn section has been remixed by some of our core artists and friends of the label, and we could not be happier with the results! 

Seth Vogt, whose album “Whatever After” is due this summer on Dissident, takes the track into deep electronic territory, with a breakbeat underpinning and an orchestral take on the signature horn melody. Dissident mainstay Abstrakt.Digital aka Indro Sartorio delivers a rousing percussive progressive house take on the original- a perfect soundtrack for sunrise sets on his island home of Kauai (808 is the area code for Hawai’i). Last but in no way least: Miami’s Xima Records and Profundo Music co-founder German Garcia turns in a sterling organic house mix, full of life and melody and ready for all of your summer adventures.

'Guy J's label Armadillo Records returns with another shining diamond in the gem collection. The two-track release with over thirteen minutes of mind-opening electronica, produced by Ric Niels, is an exemplary illustration of imagination in present-day music production. Over the past couple of years, Ric has well- established his reputation in the global progressive and organic house music scene. However, this is the first contribution to the world of Easy-listening sounds by the young Argentine producer. Niels has created his stream of consciousness sound structures around the abstract atmosphere establishing a colorful sonic experience. This eclectic release showcases an authentic take on the genre, elevating the music to the furthest reaches of innovation in the previously unexplored depths of the subconscious mind.'

'Following up from their previous E.P ' The Affair '' Joone and 1403 came back with another pair of summer indie dance anthems, the producer and singer delivered once again songs with hooky vocals, live drums, guitars, bass, and analog synths. Joone's distinctive post punk bass style and 1403 catchy vocals prove once again that the pair are here to leave us hooked for the summer.
