British maestro Massano follows up his ‘Solitude’ release with four fresh cuts full of wistful emotion and solemnity.

Title track ‘System’ opens the EP with a jagged riff, sombre low end and spinetingling melody. Next is his rework of ‘Drown’ by Øostil & Juan Hansen, which utilises a haunting vocal to tantalise your very essence. ‘Odyssey’ features an almighty breakdown and galloping drums to get the energy pumping. Transensations Records brings another remarkable collab of our label manager GORKIZ, this time with JFR, presenting the EP BREATH FOR LIFE , including remixes by FACUCIO and SCIPPO and MARTIN COZAR. Brazilian producer Gorkiz with recent releases on labels such as Meanwhile, Onedotsixtwo and Mango Alley joined forces with Argentinian producer JFR, with releases on Anjunadeep and others great labels, creating three original great tracks for this EP.
First track "Breath for Life", is a progressive delight rolled into nostalgic long pads, highlighting a profound atmosphere and melody in perfect balance. Argentinian rising producer Facucio delivered a powerful and grooved remix adding his fingerprint on the track. Next one is "Cleasing Meditation" with a denser and rhythmic ambience, creating a hypnotic atmosphere on the dancefloor. Argentinians producers Scippo and Martin Cozar collab for a stunning remix of Cleasing Meditation, presenting a mood change on the track with a "house" vibe perfect for the dancefloor. Closing the EP, Gorkiz and JFR presents "Secrets from the Underground" , an Intro ambient track, showing all the creativity and talent of these great producers.
These are tracks to keep the dancefloor connected and dancing, a must-have for the progressive house lovers.

Opening the month of September, Deepwibe Underground presents volume four of their XX remix series. Following on from the success of Sebastian Hass' new rendition of 'Surface' by Dmitry Molosh, the label invites Ric Niels to re-interpret 'Scaur' by Dmitry Molosh. Rounding out the summer season, Tash's Movement Recordings welcomes Alan Cerra to the label for his debut EP. Hailing from Argentina, Alan has been touted as one of the progressive scene's most promising talents. Although still a relative newcomer with 2019 marking his arrival, Alan has already turned heads with his groovy progressive sound. Genre tastemakers Cid Inc, Eelke Kleijn, Hernan Cattaneo, Miss Monique, Tim Green and more have been steadfast supporters along the way, while Juicebox Music, Higher States, Hoomidaas and Siona Records have served as landing spots for some of Alan's most highly regarded work. Now adding Movement Recordings to his resume, Alan debuts on the label with a three-track showcase entitled 'Space Dive'.

EP opener and title selection 'Space Dive' finds Alan operating at the peak of his creative powers. Fuelled by rhythm and groove; its warm basslines, crunchy rhythms and tight percussive arrangements resonate on a transcendent level. Energetic and melodic across the first movement, Alan continues his creative ways with arpeggiated fragments and panning effects creating a bridge into the main break. Sitting in a cosmic yet thought provoking space, a stunning effects narrative captivates as the interlude evolves, flowing through mind-bending modulation, eventually spearheading a groove-centric drop and charged finale.

Moving forward to selection two Alan continues his dancefloor minded approach with 'Blue Magpie'. Landing with an equally impressive display of craftsmanship, the Argentine plants multiple explosions of serotonin through hopeful overlays, clustered effects and disorientating projections. Clever co-actions make for a break that is both dynamic and tense, flowing through flickering percussion and pyrotechnic effects, before confidently returning to the groove for a sweeping aerial finale.

Rounding out the release are the machine gun grooves and pulsating rhythms of 'Behind the Lines'. From dark and mysterious beginnings come whimsical themes and striking electronics which captivate leading into the break. Looking to bring greater emotional depth, Alan reaffirms his musical prowess with heartfelt harmonics and balmy effects which play across the main break, only to be washed away in a timely fashion for a thunderous conclusion. Alan continues to impress with his Movement Recordings debut, a three-track affair which carry's on what has been an incredible year for the fast-rising progressive phenom.

"Zufriedenheit" is an eclectic 4-tracker which Manuel, aka Radiothérapie, produced as an hommage to his former residency club MS Zufriedenheit in his hometown - a place that unfortunately closed during the pandemic.

Each of the four tracks show a different side of the club:
The more progressive, modern house as he tried to capture with "Living Illusion".
The Innervisions-influenced melodic house as shown in "Phytoplanktons Oxygen".
The bright, melodic and reduced techno as you can get in the title track "MS Zufriedenheit".
And finally "Still Sane", a breaky track with an edgy athmosphere, which gives the feeling of being on the line between sanity and insanity ; as most of us felt at least once during these strange times.

For our first free download of the year we welcome Adam Sellouk to the series for his first appearance. Hailing from Israel, Adam Sellouk first emerged in 2021 with a contribution to Steyoyoke’s Paradigm collection. Immediately recognized for his astral sound, Adam quickly caught the attention of world class DJ Miss Monique, who signed him to her Siona Records imprint for a two-track showcase later that same year. 2022 would see further successes for Adam, with Nora En Pure’s Purified imprint being the landing spot for ‘Mirage’, a well received production which saw play from Agents of Time, Innellea, Kevin de Vries and Mathame. Also an accomplished DJ, Adam has been a fixture of his country’s nightlife of late, programming music for some of Tel Aviv’s trendiest venues. A recent highlight of Adam’s sets has been his much requested rendition of Empire of the Sun’s ‘We Are The People’. As the second single from the band’s debut album ‘Walking on a Dream’, the track would go on to achieve critical and commercial success, ultimately peaking at #1 in Germany by the end of 2010.
